Alive and loving it!

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Happy Birthday to my favorite human!!! 🥳🔥

CJ, you are the most incredible husband, the strongest leader, and the BEST dad our babies could ever ask for 💙

Watching you love, lead, protect, and guide our family is one of my greatest joys in life.
You somehow manage to be strong AND soft, wise AND goofy, disciplined AND fun (like how do you do that?! 😂)

Our kids adore you. I adore you. And honestly… I’d choose you a million times over ❤️

Here’s to another year of walking in purpose, growing deeper in faith, and making memories we’ll laugh about forever 🙌

WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!! 🥹💙🎉

What an awesome day! Didn’t get a pic of the kids group class, only the movie on the mats for a few of the kiddos waiting on their parents in the adult class. Saturday’s are always a good time! Chris even came by to finish up the A/C! Thanks @only_hvac_

We ALWAYS use our favorite Maidorganic glass cleaner to tackle any glass cleaning needs.

Pro-tip: To ensure its streak-free shine, be sure to buff with a dry microfiber cloth after washing ✨️👌

Short long post as I wrap up the first full week back at it. About 20 years ago I was the strongest I was pound for pound due to working out with @srhajh2036 4 to 5 times a week. This man pushed me and I’ve adopted a lot of principles from him
Then there is my cousin’s wonderful husband @cjgagne that pushes me to the extreme when we get together. Slight problem he’s in CT and I’m in ME. #accountability #brotherfromanothermother
That leads me to the #ultimate #trainingpartner @kc_178 my son has helped me find another gear #over40 His drive and #determination is on another level for a #teenager that leads me to push myself. #thankskid #gym #gymlife #putinthework #betterthanhisdad #monstermode meets #beastmode #legday
