The best type of friend is a travel friend. Say hello to @stacyrud (6-time Super Alum) and @cjgraetz (4-time Alum) — two friends who’ve been exploring the world with us. Between them, they’ve done 10 FTLO trips, including three together: #FTLOJapan, #FTLOTurkey, and they just got back from #FTLOLapland.

What if the strongest thing you do this week is ⏸️?

We call it recovery…but what really happened was women who never stop giving finally let themselves receive.

The Fit Femme Project took over Pause Nashville this week! We let saunas, plunges, cryo, floats, and red light release happy chemicals and it showed!The laughter, the release, the way women carried each other through the stillness.

These are women who grind all week. Who train hard, work hard, love hard. And yet that night, they chose to pause. To drop the guilt. To let restoration be enough.

This is the side of fitness no one talks about. The side that doesn’t get applause on stage or likes on Instagram. But this is where strength actually multiplies in the quiet, in the nervous system reset, in the exhale you didn’t know you were holding.

To @thefitfemmeproject women who showed up: I’m proud of you homies!

To @pause.nashville: thank you for holding the space.

The world tells women to keep pushing. We remembered why stopping is just as powerful.

Tierra del Fuego did not disappoint—despite our brief visit and absolute obliterative exhaustion. For our first stop back on land to be a place of such majesty, significance, and depth, well it’s really the only fitting option after Antarctica.

Missing the 7th Continent but grateful for this potent grounding opportunity and one last small sojourn with mom & 🇦🇶 friends.
