Great day at the Survivor’s Picnic. We played kickball, hit the BBQ for chow, and had candidates who completed OCS this summer share what to expect with the rest of the group. Good food, good competition, and better intel for the road ahead.

🎉 Congratulations to Candidate Meyer on successfully completing Platoon Leaders Class (Seniors)!

From the halls of Indiana University Bloomington and his time in Lambda Chi Alpha, Meyer has embodied leadership, discipline, and the fighting spirit that defines a Marine. This summer he took on one of the toughest challenges in the nation — and emerged ready to lead.

Later this year, he will commission as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps. The journey from college fraternity brother to Marine Officer is just beginning, and the best is yet to come.

To every student and young leader watching: your potential is limitless. If Meyer can do it, so can you. The Corps is looking for the next generation of officers — is that you?

Oorah! 💪🇺🇸
