“Follow my flow & dance with me, let’s go!” - @kelvin_is_boring

A fun twist on the Ramos Fizz, inspired by Malaysia’s favourite dessert: Ice Kacang. Dressed in pink, packed with character, and made to catch your attention 🫵🏻

For me, cocktails are more than just drinks; they are also the reflection of a bartender’s character and personality!

“Every shake has a rhythm, just like every ingredient has its own charm.” - @_justexperimentin_

A little ‘twist’ on the classics - turning local Penang nutmeg into elegant bubbles, with a little shake and a dance with local ingredients.

Introducing NUTMEG 75, only at GFC.

FUTURE WAVE

Future Wave is my vision of the future of bartending, not by forgetting our past, but by learning from it and finding new ways to move it forward.

Tequila is often associated with strength, intensity and high-ABV cocktails. I want to challenge that idea. With Patrón Silver, I created a lighter, more refined expression of tequila, one where balance, flavour and appreciation take centre stage.

Soursop represents where I come from, a familiar tropical fruit with a story of its own. Instead of simply using it fresh, I ferment it into a dry wine, using one of humanity’s oldest techniques to create something new.

Passion fruit takes another path by preserving its vibrant aroma and acidity as a cordial, allowing it to bring freshness and dimension to the drink while extending its life.

The passion fruit husk is transformed into an aromatic mist, giving a second life to what would normally become waste. Nothing is treated as disposable.

For me, this is what the Future Wave represents, progress with purpose. We don't need to constantly replace tradition to create the future. Sometimes, the most innovative thing we can do is look back, understand what came before us, and reimagine it.
