I hear this more than anything else. More than ‘thank you.’
More than ‘that was amazing.’

What I hear most is: ‘I was skeptical.’ Good. You should be. You’ve been sold a lot of things by a lot of people.
Your skepticism is your intelligence doing its job.

Here’s what I tell every skeptic: you don’t have to believe anything. This isn’t faith work. Your subconscious doesn’t care whether you believe in it — the same way gravity doesn’t.
You just have to be willing to sit down, close your eyes, and be curious for one session.
The skeptics make my favorite clients. They feel the shift, and then they can’t explain it, and then they book again.

One Insight Session. That’s the whole ask. Comment WAKING — or if you already know another door is yours, stay close.
🚪Monday, the second one opens.

Silent tears started to slowly stream her pretty face four minutes into her first session.
Not because something broke, because something finally let go.

She’s the one everyone calls. The planner. The fixer. The one who helped care for her terminally ill brother as a kid and never once put any of it down even after he passed. Nobody teaches the strong one how to rest, so she didn’t. For decades.

One hypnotherapy session. No scripts, no woo woo, just her nervous system finally getting permission to stop bracing. And what surfaced were the two people she’d been strong for her whole life, telling her the one thing she never let herself believe: You are worthy. You always were.

If you can’t sit through a movie without a list running in your head THIS is your sign.

💬 Comment WAKING and I’ll send you everything you need to know to get started.
Save this post for the day you’re ready or send it to the strong one you love.

So I built exactly what was being asked for after
EVERY . SINGLE . SESSION.

Three complete rapid transformational packages — not sessions, full journeys, each one built to walk a specific woman to the result she’s actually after.
📣And stat‼️

I am so excited to start showing you what they are. 🔥

If this sounds like something you and your bestie have been looking for — give it a like, send it to the friend who needs it, and drop a comment below.
It genuinely helps this reach the women who need to see it right now. 🙏✌️👏

🕺P.S. THIS IS FOR THE FELLA’s.
I’ve not forgotten about you.
The 1:1 sessions are still available. I know you need a package that’s geared towards your needs/desires which are many times different than the ladies. So I’ll keep gathering your valuable feedback, and those will be in the future. But please share these with your wife, GF, or female-bestie for now. 🙌
Please & Thank you! 🙏

I disappeared for a while. On purpose.

I preach this to my clients constantly: your energy cannot be everywhere at once, and pretending otherwise is how we lose ourselves. So I took my own advice.

I poured myself into my daughter’s wedding. Then into my husband and our life as we found our new rhythm.
Then dove headfirst into a season of podcasts, speaking, and a booking calendar so full that many of you had to schedule weeks out — thank you for your patience and your trust.

I know the algorithm punishes absence. I did it anyway. Because living in alignment with your energy, your family, and your soul matters more than being pushed by an app — and I will always choose the life over the feed.
If you “get it”, a like or a share genuinely helps me reach the women who need this message.
I’ll never pretend it doesn’t.

To everyone who found me through the podcasts and the event — welcome! 🤗
I’ve done my best to follow each of you back. If I missed you, DM me. I’d love to know who you are.
And I came back with something. Something I’ve been building behind the scenes, because after almost EVERY single session, I kept hearing the same four words: “When can I book again?”
So I built the answer. More to come this week. 🔥 I’m excited to share it with you!

Two clients. Same stuck pattern. Very different outcomes.

Both were top-producing real estate agents. Both had tried coaching before. Both knew exactly what to do — and couldn’t make themselves do it consistently.

With Client A, we worked the strategy. Tightened her systems, clarified her positioning, mapped her lead gen. She made progress. Real progress.

With Client B, we hit a wall. Same strategy work. Same tools. Same plan. And she kept self-sabotaging at a level strategy could not touch.

So we went deeper. One hypnotherapy session. We found the belief that was running the whole show — and cleared it.

Within three weeks, she had her best month in four years.

I’m not telling you hypnotherapy is magic. I’m telling you that when the block is subconscious, strategy alone isn’t enough.

I use what works. And I’m not apologizing for that.

If you’re a real estate agent who knows what to do but can’t seem to make it stick — that’s not a discipline problem. That’s worth a conversation.

High-functioning burnout doesn’t always look like staying in bed.
Usually, it looks like a “strong leader” whose internal world is quietly on fire. 🔥

We wear “handling it” like a badge of honor, but these are the **unsexy truths** about what that pressure is actually costing you:

1. You are snapping at your team or family over things that do not matter.

2. You are paralyzed by simple daily choices, like what to eat for dinner. (Or do we order more signs.)🙄😂

3. You are up at 3:00 AM rehearsing arguments or “fixing” future problems in your head.

4. You feel a deep, quiet resentment toward the very business you worked so hard to build.

This isn’t a lack of discipline.
It’s decision fatigue.
It’s a "High-Functioning Fade,” and your brain is simply running out of the bandwidth needed to lead.

Stop managing the symptoms. Fix the operating system.

Are you ready to exit the bottleneck and bring sexy back to your leadership style?

Transformation isn’t about working harder; it’s about changing the operating system.

Carmen spent years looking for a shift until we addressed the subconscious blocks holding back the CEO. Success is faster when you aren’t fighting yourself.

I’ve spent 25 years building in real estate, leadership, and business.

And somewhere along the way…

my work started going deeper.

Not just strategy.

But how we think.

How we carry pressure.

How we keep showing up when everything depends on us.

Because a few years ago, I hit a point where on paper, everything looked successful…

but internally, it didn’t feel that way.

I was second-guessing decisions I used to make easily.

Always “on,” but not clear.

And honestly… a little disconnected from myself.

That’s what led me into a different kind of work.

Understanding the subconscious.

The patterns behind our decisions.

Why success can still feel heavy… even when you’ve built something great.

And that work changed how I lead, how I decide, and how I operate.

So I created a separate space for it.

Not real estate.

Not everything else I have going on.

Just this.

If you’ve built something that looks successful… but doesn’t always feel that way— you’ll understand exactly why I created it.

You don’t suddenly stop wanting to work.

You just hit a point where…

everything depends on you.

The decisions.

The pressure.

The constant mental load of keeping it all moving.

And even though you’ve built something successful…

it starts to feel heavier than it should.

That’s not laziness.

And it’s not something you fix by working harder.

It’s a signal.

That the way you’re operating needs to change.

This is where most high performers get stuck—

not because they lack strategy…

but because they’ve become the center of everything.

If this feels familiar…

If this made you uncomfortable…

good.

That usually means it’s true.

And ignoring it is what keeps you stuck in it.

If you’re ready to stop being the one everything depends on—

send me **CONTROL** or DM me.

I’ll walk you through what’s actually happening in your business

and what it would take to change it.

No pressure. Just clarity.
