Clachnacuddin Football Club were founded way back in 1885 and are based in the City of Inverness , Scottish Highlands . The club currently competes in the Highland League and home games are played at Grant Street Park with a capacity of 3000 . Nice tight ground this one with a covered stand housing seats on one side , a covered terrace at one end , and lots of uncovered standing elsewhere . I have to say the pitch was in fantastic condition , so green in colour and probably one of the best we have seen , credit to the groundsman 👌. There is also an onsite pie shed that serves food and hot drinks to satisy matchday refreshments . A quality set up this place and well worth a visit .👏⚽️🐾🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 #inverness #scottishhighlands #highlandleague #nonleaguefootball #groundhopping

Peterhead FC 2 - 1 Clachnacuddin FC

KDM Evolution Trophy

A dismal, dismal day. Battered by a mixture of wind and rain from the moment I left my house to the moment I got back home, and the weather had a serious impact on the game itself.

Peterhead had the wind blowing with them in the first half and used that to their advantage, scoring two goals by half time. The first of which was a lovely solo dribble rounded off with a great finish.

The second half was very poor though, hardly stringing a pass together, Clachnacuddin scoring one but really could’ve had more. They were the better side second half. A great effort from the semi-professional outfit on the day
