The return of the Dojo is just around the corner !!!

On the 30th of July at @thetotehotel
hosted by @monothemessenger with resident DJ’s @mizhap_ and @dj_rellik_aus featuring head line acts @clairavizzy and @strictlydt the dojo returns.

The Dojo is known as the place to come for a good old fashioned cypher, to net work with others rappers, producers and artist’s in our city and to watch talented hiphopers perform.
It is a place to help keep your sword sharp and your connection to the culture and community strong.

Claira Vizzy is a unique and prolific hip-hop and R&B artist. Originally hailing from Hobart, Tasmania, she now resides in Melbourne, where she is quickly establishing herself as a rising star and force to be reckoned with in the contemporary music scene.
Only 2 years into her musical journey, Claira is no stranger to sonic experimentation.

She masterfully blends infectious hip-hop rhythms with haunting, ethereal melodies, lush harmonies and intricate lyricism. Her music balances introspection with power and explores identity, transformation, and resilience, all while delivering high-energy performances that are sure to move your hips as well as your heart.

Claira has shared stages with some of Australia’s most prominent hip-hop artists, including Ivan Ooze and ILLY, joining the latter on the Victorian leg of his
national tour. Claira is also a regular feature of Ripe Hip-Hop events and BreaknBread shows. With every performance, Claira continues to grow her presence in the national scene, uniting emotion, rhythm, and purpose in a way that’s unmistakably her own.
