I’m here in the breathtaking Terceira, Azores, Portugal, and I can’t wait to share just how incredible it feels to be at our luxurious retreat centre! 🌿✨ Picture yourself surrounded by lush nature, the ocean breeze in the air, and every detail crafted to nourish your soul. I’m here now, preparing for the Portugal Nature Embrace Retreat happening next September 2025, and let me tell you—it’s beyond anything you’ve experienced.

If you’re feeling drained from the constant hustle of work and life, I get it. Long hours, endless tasks, and the never-ending pace can wear you down. I’ve been there myself. That’s why retreats like this one are so essential—they allow you to pause, recharge, and reconnect with what truly matters.

This wellness centre is a true sanctuary. Every touch has been designed to help you unwind and feel completely rejuvenated. Imagine stepping away from the stress, gaining clarity, restoring your energy, and returning with a renewed sense of purpose. This retreat isn’t just an escape—it’s an investment in yourself.

✨ Isn’t it time to prioritise your well-being? Let’s recharge, reset, and move forward with more strength and balance.

Getting out into the vast expanse of open space liberates the mind from the of worry, allowing the release of pent-up emotions and fostering a serene communion with the self.

In the boundless openness, we find solace for the mind, nourishment for the heart, and rejuvenation for the soul.

If we are inside too much both our heart and mind contract leaving us more likely to have restrictive thoughts, negative thinking patterns and ruminate.

What’s your fav open space? The beach? The hills? The sea? Walking? Or something else?
