Thank you all SO much for the energy you brought to the memoir cover reveal yesterday 🥹 I’m in awe. All of your comments, messages, preorders and moments of celebration - I am big time grateful.

Here is proof that community is everything ➡️

Ps. Comment “MEMOIR” and I’ll send you the link to preorder “If I Had Known Then: A Memoir of S.xual Assault, Hope and My Battle to Reimagine Justice” published with @penguincanada 🩵

Also when you preorder, you get an exclusive first look at the chapter Catalyst 👀 it shares the pivotal moment where I finally set a boundary with how much harm the criminal “justice” system causes survivors and begin fighting for something else…

I’ve always considered festivals to be a special kind of modern day ritual (especially those where drugs and alcohol are not the focal point).

A moment where masks are dropped, phones are turned off, and we re-experience living in community, being present and walking with our feet in the earth, the way we were always meant to.

Add in transformative talks, art and music and a community built on shared values, and you have a true portal of expansion ✨

What’s your favourite festival and what did it teach you?

Big thank you to the people behind @medicinefestival who work so hard to make it what it is 🙏🏼 I can only imagine the hours, energy and love that are poured in to make it happen.

Be the change you want to see 💗🕊✌🏽

For over 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of photographing incredible women beneath the surface.

Every underwater portrait is a collaboration between trust, breath, movement, and silence. The water strips away performance, leaving only presence.

These are a few of my underwater muses from the past years—each one carrying a different story, a different energy, a different kind of beauty.

Thank you to every woman who trusted me enough to dive into my world.

I am delighted to announce that the Divinely Untamed Summer Retreat is now sold out ❤️‍🔥

Beyond grateful to the humans who said ‘yes’!

Yes to expansion, connection, growth and meeting their edges.

Humans who are actively participating in creating a new world by changing the way they relate to themselves, to one another, to intimacy, to aliveness, and to the narratives they’ve inherited and are choosing to rewrite.

I can’t wait to journey with you all and if you didn’t make it this time, there will be other opportunities ♥️

My intention for 2026 was to invite in more support & collaboration to grow my business…

Honestly it hasn’t always been easy.

I like things done a certain way & have very high standards. Not everyone who’s worked with/for me has delivered…

But yesterday was different 🤗

I sat down with my magical friend @clairefoxmagic

at The Hoxton @thehoxtonhotel

to talk about an idea I’ve had for a new program to support women to up-level & own their desires.

She loved it, gave me encouragement, & asked the right questions to get me thinking clearly about the messaging, structure & strategy.

Highly recommend booking her in for a Creative Doula session if you’re too growing your entrepreneurial bus 🚀

We are half way through 2026 & I am feeling that fire horse energy strong!

Ovulating helps too 🫦🌶️

#LFG 🔥🔥🔥

Here’s to women supporting women 🥂
Money & power in the hands of soul-aligned women 👑
& women owning their desires 🫦

Stay tuned for something special coming soon…

Announcing the rough timetable for the Divinely Untamed Summer Retreat ❤️‍🔥

The schedule is designed to leave space for things to land, to integrate, and to slow down.

This isn’t the type of retreat that tries to cram as much as possible into four days. Quite the opposite.

We go deep by creating space. We open ourselves to what’s arising and give it room to unravel, unfold, and reveal itself. We quiet the noise enough to hear the subtle needs of our nervous systems, the quiet longings of our hearts, and the deeper aches stored in our bodies that have often been drowned out by distraction, escapism, productivity, and keeping busy.

One of the greatest medicines in my own life has been spaciousness: Time, physical space, less demands and places to rush off to. Just enough room to actually listen to what’s there.

And that can be confronting at time. When we stop distracting ourselves, things we’ve been avoiding often rise to the surface. But that’s not a flaw in the process, it’s the point. Not to overwhelm us, but to give our system the opportunity to show us what it needs, what it’s holding, and what is ready to be felt, integrated, or released.

So if you’re looking for a packed weekend full of back-to-back workshops and peak experiences, this isn’t it.

What you’ll find instead is the exhale your system has been longing for, meaningful connection, beautiful experiences, and a richness that can’t be rushed or forced.

It lands differently, and it stays.

More to come 💋

A few words on @clairefoxmagic workshops at the Divinely Untamed Summer Retreat ❤️‍🔥

I’m so pleased she’s joining us and sharing her years of experience with k!nk and power play…

An opportunity to take your power back and/or let go of control, learn to navigate life and relationships without pushing or forcing.

It’ll be absolutely divine…

This is one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned, and it’s still very much a work in progress.

I’ve witnessed this in myself and in the people around me time and time again. I’ve had to navigate it in my own life and relationships, and I still find myself uncovering new layers. New places where I close, where I protect my heart, or where part of me isn’t yet fully available for the thing I say I want most.

Most people think the challenge is finding the right person.

But I think the deeper challenge is learning how to stay open when that person arrives.

Learning how to receive love without questioning it. How to communicate what we want instead of hoping someone will guess. How to stay connected when we’re scared, disappointed, triggered, or vulnerable.

Because intimacy asks something of us.

Not perfection or endless healing, but a willingness to keep growing our capacity.

The capacity to stay present when something matters. The capacity to receive, to tolerate uncertainty without collapsing into old patterns, to remain open when every part of us wants to protect.

That’s why so much of the work we do at the Divinely Untamed Summer Retreat is centred around nervous system regulation, embodiment, relational practice, connection, and real-life experiences that allow us to explore these patterns as they’re actually happening.

Because the love, intimacy, and partnership we desire often ask us to become a little bigger than we’ve been before.

And the beautiful thing is that capacity can be grown.

That’s what we do in Temple Spaces, and on the retreat we have so much more time for it and to integrate.

Our favourite way to end a jam... 🧘

After what is often a real journey through many different energies & emotions, a sound bath is the perfect tonic to bring everything back down to earth again 🌍

Having a moment with ourselves to just relax, rest and receive is a great way to integrate the experience and transition back into our lives resourced and regulated ✨

Big thanks to @bon_dovy and @aliuzija for providing such a soothing impromptu sound bath for us on Sunday, and to @harriet.singingmamas.selondon for capturing this lovely shot 🙏🫶
