Last night's Oysters and Ink pop-up was a great time!
Big thanks to @hillsiderskck and @highspirits.tattoo for hosting, @charliegrrl for the awesome ink and of course @clairehenrycreates for creating branding so good that I needed it tattooed.

We ♥️ KCUFF

Thanks to the entire @kcundergroundfilmfest crew for an amazing weekend! It was such a treat to enjoy stellar film programming with an engaged, captivated audience.

"For people to connect, they need a medium."
-from the film "Kill My Lover" by Rust Lee

What a thrill it is to connect with other film lovers and festival folks. It was a pleasure to talk shop and connect over the joys and challenges of running a film festival. We're so grateful to have found another fest with such a similar vibe!

There's still time to check out KCUFF, screenings run through next Saturday! 📽️

August 10th is just around the corner! 🍁
I’m incredibly excited to be part of @torontococktailconference alongside my dear friend @adriennedesire of @planterayrum!!!!

Join us from 2:00–3:00 PM for our seminar, “Beyond the Guest Shift: Building Permanent Alliances in Temporary Spaces,” where we’ll share how guest shifts can grow into lasting relationships, and career changing opportunities.
.
Then come join us at our pop-up that night!
From 9 PM until late… 🤟🏽we’ll be taking over @shamefultikito for Riot Grrls of Rum, serving cocktails from Condor’s Cove in collaboration with Planteray Rum.
.
What started as a small pop-up in Kansas City has grown into a traveling mobile bar, and I couldn’t be more grateful to bring a little piece of what we do to Toronto.
.
Huge thanks to Planteray Rum, The Shameful Tiki Room Toronto, and the Toronto Cocktail Conference for having us. I can’t wait to meet everyone there! 🥃🌴🇨🇦

We the team at Shameful Tiki time warp to a grunge house culture revival featuring James Beard SF 2026 Diana Condori of Condor’s Cove and Ojo with former Lost Lake and Three Dots and a Dash veteran, Adrienne Stoner of Planteray Rum. Unplugged and raw serve that’s heavy on attitude.

I did it mom :,) at the one year mark of leaving my full time job to start my creative studio, I won an AIGA top 10 award for the Branding & Identity Design work I did for @kcmoparks.

I’ve been fiddling away at an official 1 year anniversary post (because as easy as it is to let the time pass, we have to celebrate our wins!) but I’m so thankful for my creative community 💕

OLEO (Oh-Lee-Oh) is a coffee company and Take Care is our first retail concept. We are independently owned, regionally focused & based in the East Crossroads Craft Corridor of Kansas City, Missouri.

We source and roast our own coffee, bake our pastries fresh daily and focus on hospitality and service as the core of our customer experience.

We are fueled by our focus on the supply chain, the relationships necessary to sustain it and were founded out of necessity to create specialty products that can serve the working class. Our goal is to meet you where you’re at and get you to wherever you’re going next.

We’re OPEN 7am-1pm every day except Tuesday. On Tuesdays we R&D and R&R.

We focus on Drip, Espresso, Biscuits and Beans and hope that you find something you love everytime you join us here at our urban farmhouse in the middle of the city.
