Self-Care Saturday starts with something green 💚
Today’s Smoothie of the Day is Greener the Cleaner — a hydrating, refreshing blend of pineapple, avocado, cucumber, celery, baby spinach, and parsley (aka your insides will thank you).

Great as a snack, breakfast, or post-workout boost. Add a scoop of protein if you’re feelin’ extra ✨
Clean energy, clean vibes, cleaner weekend.

✨ Tomorrow! We’re thrilled to be part of Yale’s Appetizer & Dessert Crawl — and even prouder to run the Be Kinder Than Necessary campaign, supporting Yale Child Study.

🎉 To celebrate, we’re offering an exclusive pre-release of our 50th Anniversary Cookbook — available in store during the event (June 7 12-3PM ET)
Each purchase of the book comes signed, and we’re offering a free sweet treat of our beloved fairy cake Lithuanian coffee cake, and a chance to win $90 worth of limited-edition 50th anniversary merch — including our candle, cutting board, t-shirt, and kitchen hand towel.

We couldn’t think of a better way to introduce the book than with the community who made it all possible in the first place. 💛

Come celebrate kindness, community, and cake with us — we can’t wait to see you there! 📚🍰 #BeKinderThanNecessary #YaleCrawl #Claires50Years #CookbookLaunch #Foodie #InstaFood #FoodPhotography #Yummy #SupportLocal #SummerVibes #JuneEvents #Giveaway #DessertLovers #CommunityFirst

Two weeks ago, I was honored to visit the beautiful Yale Center for British Art and the Yale campus with the other CASVA interns. It was incredible, plus I had mashed potato pizza :)☺️

Since I stopped eating dairy, I have been collecting a list of restaurants that are crowd-pleasers for both my family (who can eat anything) and me. Here is a review of some of my favorite Connecticut vegetarian (and vegan) restaurants, plus a few places that make it easy to feed carnivores and vegans in one place.
