The interiors palette at Northside Terrace uses an array of richly textured elements, following the colour scheme of the clients’ existing artwork. Referencing the clients’ Balmoral Beach artwork by iconic Australian artist Ken Done, the colour selections for the furnishings draw on sandy hues, warmth and restrained blue undertones that flow consistently throughout the home.

Revisiting Glendearg Grove.

The brief: architectural rigour, thoughtful planning and bespoke interiors. At the front, an Edwardian home restored and celebrated. At the rear, a new addition built for how a family actually lives today.

Every material chosen with purpose - Masonry walls, handmade tiles, custom fittings by local makers, finishes that echo the robustness of the original home while speaking a language of their own. The result is a house that feels grounded.

Set within a lush courtyard, this floating bench creates a quiet place to pause within the garden.

Soft greenery surrounds the space from every angle. A simple detail that brings structure, comfort, and a stronger connection to the landscape.

At Malvern Residence, our Cairo floorboards lay a warm, nut-brown foundation beneath the dining setting, their subtly textured grain echoing the timber joinery, leather dining chairs and green stone island.

Together, they anchor the open-plan kitchen and living zone in a grounded, cocooning atmosphere that feels both contemporary and comfortably lived-in.

A closer look at our latest #BlockProject: Malvern House, featuring our Cairo floorboards.

In Malvern House, the kitchen becomes a study in colour, texture and balance. Handcrafted Zellige tiles, soft mint joinery and book-matched Tanotti Green marble form a layered backdrop, creating a space that feels both grounded and expressive.

Our Cairo floorboards underpin the palette with light nut-brown hues and subtle textured grain, warming the cool tonal scheme and tying island, cabinetry and dining together. Versatile yet distinctive, Cairo gives this hardworking family kitchen a calm, cohesive foundation that will endure well beyond trends.
