What a season 🔥 6 months ago I had never stepped foot at the speedway let alone heard of a V8 Dirt Modified racing car 🏎️

I’ve now captured 3 State Titles and an Australian Championship for @dirtmodifiedsaus and the speedway is starting to feel a lot less scary. Plus I can actually keep up with who’s winning 😅

I am grateful for the opportunity to step out of my comfort zone and capture this sport which has so much to offer - the way these machines move around the track always amazes me.

Thank you @renaetainton and the entire V8 DMA family for taking a chance on me and being so welcoming of me especially when answering all my silly questions. (I still don’t know the difference between a slick an a hooky track though 😅) I hope I was able to help highlight the wonderful sport and culture that you have and look forward to hopefully being of service again next year 🤘

CLANCY + SARAH | “Nothing fancy, just Sarah marrying Clancy”, these were the words printed on their invitations.
But what unfolded was something truly extraordinary.

Despite growing up just down the road from one another - Clancy in Jackson, Sarah in Miles - it wasn’t until a spontaneous night out back home that their paths finally crossed. An impromptu first date at the BP servo led to something undeniable. From the very beginning, they saw in each other something rare and incredibly special.

Sarah - smart, stunning, stylish and kicking goals in the banking world. Clancy - clever, creative, marching to the beat of his own drum (and sometimes dressing like a 12-year-old, Sarah’s words) travelling the countryside and world as a videographer. On paper, an unlikely match. In real life? A perfect pairing. The kind that brings out the best in each other. They share a deep love for their families, for storytelling, for a good time, and most of all — for one another.

They exchanged vows beneath a grand gum tree on Clancy’s family farm, its trunk lovingly carved with their initials. Sixteen of their nearest and dearest gathered as Clancy’s old boarding school dorm master officiated, and a soft breeze stirred during the candle-lighting, a gentle reminder that Clancy’s beautiful mum was near.

Then came the celebration. Held at the very place where Sarah’s parents first met and Clancy’s parents were married. A setting already rich with family history, now layered with even more love. 140 guests came together to embrace something truly special: two souls who had found their person. The night was filled with heartfelt words, wild dance moves, emotion, pride, and pure joy.

In his dad Barry’s words, “Good things come to good people.” I couldn’t agree more, the world needs more Clancy and Sarahs; kind, grounded, joy-filled humans who live and love wholeheartedly.

Sarah and Clancy, your love is one for the ages. What a privilege it was to capture it.

Here is a sneak peek...
