MONZA 21 KM 🦅

So quanto ancora posso dare. Semplicemente non oggi!

Ho ascoltato me stessa, rallentando quando dovevo…
A fine gara rimane sempre quell’amaro in bocca e occhi lucidi.

Seconda mezza maratona, finita.

Grazie anche @on e @followyourpassion_it

There’s nothing wrong with having confidence.
There’s nothing wrong with believing in yourself, even when nobody else does.

There’s nothing wrong with being a little delusional.
Sometimes you have to believe in something before there is any proof that it will happen.

People will only see where you are today.
They won’t see the mornings you got up when you didn’t feel like it.
They won’t see the nights you questioned yourself.
They won’t see the failures, the doubts, the pain, the sacrifices.

They see the dream.
You see the work behind it.

And maybe what you see for yourself is something other people simply can’t see yet.
That’s okay.
It was never their vision to believe in.
It was yours.
Keep showing up.
Keep putting in the work when nobody is watching.
Keep going when progress feels invisible.
Keep believing when the results haven’t arrived yet.
Because consistency has a way of turning something that once looked impossible into something real.
One day, the people who didn’t understand your vision will see the result.
But by then, you won’t need their approval anymore.
You’ll know.
You’ll remember every step, every fall, every time you wanted to quit but didn’t.
So believe in yourself.
Believe a little more than feels reasonable.
Dream bigger than people expect you to.
Work when nobody is watching.
Stay consistent.
And never let someone else’s inability to see your future convince you to give up on it.

Because your vision doesn’t have to make sense to everyone.
It only has to mean something to you.
Believe.
Stay consistent.
And make it real. 🔥

Ginevra Marathon 🇨🇭

Gara stupenda, tifo incredibile..

August went by way out too fast.
Maybe that’s what happens when life feels this good.

First compromised run after injury 🤍

Nothing crazy, nothing rushed — just slowly reintroducing HYROX-specific work and learning how my body responds under fatigue again.

Patience, consistency and a lot of rehab work are slowly getting me back where I want to be.

Save this WOD for later ⚡

3 sets:
• 10 DB thrusters
• 500 m run @ RPE 8
• 40 wall balls @ category weight
• 500 m run @ RPE 8
• 50 m sandbag walking lunges @ category weight
• 500 m run @ RPE 6.5–7

4’ rest between sets.
