a little girls’ night, a little pampering, a rainy Saturday spent enjoying my rent, and a Sunday dedicated to getting myself together.

one thing about me? I love a good maintenance day. the hair, the skincare, the errands, a little shopping, and something good cooking on the stove. there’s just something about taking care of yourself and your space that makes the week ahead feel a little less overwhelming.

and can we talk about how good it feels when you find a pair of boots that actually fit your calves?! the little wins, y’all!

It was a great day of networking, reconnecting with familiar faces, and meeting many inspiring entrepreneurs, business owners, and community leaders.🙌🏼 💼

Yesterday’s Women in Wellness event at Clara Bea Essentials was such a beautiful experience. I had the opportunity to meet so many amazing women and facilitate a guided journaling session focused on reflection, wellness, and self-care.

Thank you, LaCharo, for inviting me to be a part of this event and for creating such a warm and welcoming space for women to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
