Not many people are a big fan of sweating buuut I do. Oops... guILTYYY.
When it comes to feeling overwhelmed with whatever is going on in that big forehead of mine I usually like to go and be active. Sometimes I go to the gym or go running or maybe sometimes both.
I like to think Im sweating out all the stress and negativity.
...
Ok ok.
So aside to those to very active ways of coping.. I also have the tendency of going out to drink away my thoughts. And that's fine...when its not excessive ... but Ive caught myself doing it too frequently and not feeling great after soo Im trying to do better and slow that habit down.
