POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

my second LOOP EP 📀
I use this EP Concept to not overthink whats perfect, it’s mostly about building atmospheres that reflect my inner state at certain moments. Like a musical diary that records my feelings and the journey of my musical expression. Maybe you’ll recognize yourself in one of these feelings, or find a mood that speaks to something you’ve felt, too.

Maybe one of these songs finds you in the right moment.
Have a listen

MOVEMENT WORKSHOP “SOFT WAVES”

@alexandra.paal - a passionate contemporary dancer - is hosting a movement workshop at @hairu_studio this Sunday.

This workshop looks at movement of the body through imagination, the connection with others and the surroundings. You will explore how you can be playful within improvisation tasks, with each other and enjoy your dancing bodies. Together we will provide a safe space for each other to express, be curious and grow together.
The workshop uses influence from contemporary dance training, improvisation and partner work. Let’s find soft bodies of water, move freely and not care how it looks but how it feels.

This workshop is for anyone who enjoys moving their body. There is no need of previous dance experience. Come along and stay curious.

If you want to join, just message @womenoftheoceans or @alexandra.paal :)

WHEN: Sunday, July 16, 15:00-16:30
WHERE: @hairu_studio
PRICE: 15 €
