✨ MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: CLARISSA ✨

From navigating life as a new mom to finding her way back to prioritizing HERSELF. 🥹❤️

When Clarissa first found F45, she was adjusting to motherhood, juggling work and struggling with the guilt of making time for herself. Sound familiar, mamas? 🫶🏼

After attending one of our pop-up workouts before we even opened our doors, she knew she had found something worth committing to!

What she loves most? 45 minutes, a workout already planned, coaches who challenge her, and a community that keeps her coming back. 💪🏼

And her advice to anyone considering F45?

💬 “Whether you’re a beginner or a veteran in the gym, there is room for everyone, no judgment, and everyone can work at their own pace.”

Clarissa, we’re so grateful you’ve been part of our F45 family since the very beginning! Thank you for reminding us that prioritizing yourself isn’t selfish, and that consistency doesn’t mean perfection. Sometimes it’s simply knowing you have a place to come back to. 🥹❤️💙

SHOW SOME LOVE FOR CLARISSA! 👏🏼🔥

She turned four chairs on The Voice. This Thursday, she’s hosting the biggest free Halloween party in Corpus Christi. 🎃

Clarissa Serna from Heil Law Firm joined us on Calendar Connections to talk about Heil-O-Ween. Every dollar raised goes to Kicks for Class, which takes local middle schoolers shopping for new sneakers. Each $100 covers one student.

She also told the story of the boat parade that put her on live TV with no notes and no earpiece, plus her faith, her family, and the new music she’s working on.

“All the greatest things in life are right on the other side of fear.”

🎃 Heil-O-Ween
📅 Thursday, Oct. 15 | 5:30–10 PM
📍 South Texas Botanical Gardens
Free for the whole family: trick-or-treat trail, costume contest, Coco under the stars, and more.

📅 HEIL-O-WEEN DETAILS: cceventscalendar.com

What a line up of musicians and performers we have on the L & F Main Stage! Sponsored by @lnfcorpus. There are seats available near the stage, but the best views of this stage come with the private patio in VIP! (Get your tickets asap!) Tell us, who are you most excited to see perform at the festival?!

🏡 CORPUS CHRISTI — I STILL HAVE A PREAPPROVED BUYER LOOKING!

And this may be an opportunity for the right homeowner, too. If you’re behind on payments, concerned about foreclosure, or simply need an exit strategy and owe less than $200K on your home, reach out to me.

Let me run the numbers with you and see if your home could be a match for my buyer. A conversation could potentially create a solution for everyone involved. 🤝

📲 Shoot me a message—let’s see what options you have.
