Special night celebrating Clark’s graduation. Love that all 4 boys graduated from the same school and Jason was able to hand each of them their diploma.

ps- getting all 4 boys through high school with enough attendance, credits and passing grades to walk the stage was not easy. J and I should get a special award 😂

I have a college graduate!

Parker graduated from Tarleton State University today with his bachelor’s degree in Health Science/Kinesiology and also completed his teaching certification!

He already has a job lined up and will be working with Jason teaching English at the junior high while coaching as well.

School was never Parker’s favorite thing, but he pushed through and made it to his goal with perseverance and hard work as he worked toward his new career. We are so proud of the young man he has become. 💜

Super proud of my boy! West completed and passed his EMT course that included lots of studying, tests, clinicals, documenting, and getting him out of his comfort zone. Now on to take the national EMT test, and then starting the fire academy next semester. Way to go West!

I couldn’t be more grateful for having the opportunity to play this amazing sport. Thank you so much to all my coaches who have poured so much into me and thank you to the community of gatesville for always showing up and being loud. More than anyone else thank you to my parents for pushing me to be the best I possibly could be. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without y’all. I’m so grateful for all the relationships I built and lessons I learned playing this game. This last season will be one I never forget. I was lucky enough to get a chance to play with my brother again which we hadn’t got to do since we were in flag football and was something we always talked about. I couldn’t be more proud of how he stepped up as a sophomore and played out of his mind every game. I have no doubt the hornet program is in good hands. There is nothing else like the game of football. I’m not sure how I will replace the feeling you get when stepping onto the field on a Friday night. But I do know I will forever be a fighting hornet. #10 signing off
