Les pieds sont bien de redescendus sur terre, mais la tête est toujours à 1910m ✨⛰️
J’avoue avoir du mal après chaque course au Ventoux. Je suis entre l’euphorie de l’expérience vécue, les souvenirs, la fierté et le retour à la réalité qui remet aussi les idées en place.
Mais comment ne pas céder à la morosité après de telles expériences? ✨ il paraît que c’est la petite “déprime” post course et que ça passe 😁
Il suffit juste de trouver la prochaine connerie à faire, n’est-ce pas ? ✊🤣

Calling all foodies & bar enthusiasts!! 📣 Get ready to immerse yourself in a world of flavour and style, because we found a gem that’s making waves on North America’s bar scene 🤩

@barmordecai has made its mark on the 2023 list of North America’s 50 Best Bars as the 7th-best bar in Canada and the 43rd-best bar in North America 🙌

The moment we walked through the doors, we were in awe of their interior design, reminiscent of vintage hotel lobby bars. The atmosphere gave off chic and romantic vibes, which was perfect for girl’s night or a date night 💗 Downstairs, you’ll also find an intimate bar and lounge, as well as private karaoke rooms (12-20 ppl capacity), each transporting you to a different era in music 🎶

Now, let’s talk about the food 👀 The menu features Iberian-inspired tapas, which was filled with lotsa flavourful and shareable dishes! You can also take advantage of their happy hour (everyday from 6-8pm) and try some of their drinks & bites at a cheaper price 🌝 The star dish of the night was def the estofado de mejillas de res (braised beef cheeks)!! SO flavourful and it literally MELTED in our mouths 😩 As for drinks, the DMs in the AM was GORGEOUS, but the Margot daiquiri was where it was at (+ it’s currently a happy hour drink too!) 🍸 Also, shoutout to our server for the amazing service!! 💫

Estrella Damm Culinary Journey🍺

This dining experience gives an opportunity to enjoy uniquely delicious and specially-priced offerings from local restaurants and chefs, all paired with @estrelladamm - the beer of Barcelona.

We went to @thegoodson_to for brunch and enjoyed the food on their beautiful patio. We got the Blueberry Pancakes, Egg Benedict, Margherita Pizza, Pesto Fungi Pizza, and Tiramisu- all the dishes were delicious we highly recommend this place if you are a looking for a brunch spot with a good vibe.😍

So for the whole month of May, Estrella Damm is partnering with a lot of different restaurants across Toronto, to offer a special tasting menu with the beer.

🇪🇸 The Estrella Damm Culinary Journey is BACK! We were invited to Tapagria and I’ll give it to you straight, we honestly had the best experience 🥰 In the month of May more than 20 of the city’s top-class restaurants will be working with @estrelladamm to create unmissable, prix-fixe menus and specialty dishes, designed specifically to be paired with Estrella Damm, the beer of Barcelona. Check out what we got!

🥘 Paella de Tapagria ($62) - ⭐️ 5/5! This was my first time having paella but I brought a friend who had it recently in Spain and could confirm that this tasted as authentic as overseas ✈️ FYI each paella dish here needs 45 minutes to make to allow all the flavours to blend with their traditional Spanish bomba rice 🌾 and if that doesn’t show how much care goes into it, lemme reinforce by saying that every bite had me like ❤️👅❤️ it was stewed with wine and veal stock, saffron, and sofrito and also had lots of shrimp, chicken, clam, squid, chorizo on top! So delicious 🤗

🍺 Chef’s Special X @estrelladamm ($45) - ⭐️ 5/5! Chef Andrew Meli thoughtfully paired the crisp Estrella Damm beer that’s brewed with 100% natural ingredients with Tapagria’s salmon tartare pintxo and sherry honey pork ribs 🐽 both dishes were SO good but I need the rib recipe 😮‍💨 the sauce was perfectly sweet + savoury, the meat came right off the bone, and you could taste where it kissed the BBQ grill 🔥 def recommend this and please drink responsibly 🔞😌

🤳 Unpictured: BUT if you’re still reading, we got another hot tapa 🐮 the beef empanadas ($10) which had some of the most tender cubes of beef I’ve ever had and had a super flaky pasty crust 🌓 ALSO, get the pitcher of sparkling cava sangria (~$48) 🌱 I was skeptical at first because of the price 🏷 but we easily got 7-8 glasses out of it and it was incredible! 🍓🍊🥒 I liked it a lot and think it’s perfect for people who like their drinks bubbly with more fruity and sweet notes🍹

Je pensais que Paris ce n’était pas si chiant que ça pour s’entraîner ( course à pied et vélo).
Mais depuis que je fais du trail, tout est tellement mieux ici 🌊🌴⛰️💕 même pour le D+, c’est le rêve 💭

Aujourd’hui était une magnifique journée!! Très heureuse d’avoir été reçue comme créatrice de contenu invitée afin de parler dans une conférence sur le marketing d’influence destinée aux institutions publiques!!! 🥰 Un rêve pour moi de faire des conférences et de parler du travail de créateur de contenu! C’était en fait sur ma bucketlist de l’année et un objectif que je manifestais depuis janvier!!! 😍
