Meet Paul Harding and pro partner Rachael of Class Act Dance! 💃🕺

They’re dancing for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which treats kids with cancer and other life-threatening diseases and never charges families a penny for treatment, travel, housing, or food.

He’s back! Paul danced 20 years ago in a competition right here at the Albany Marriott, a full circle moment getting back on the dance floor. Paul is a Capital Region attorney and managing partner at Harding Mazzotti, known for stepping up whenever people need help most. He and the firm are big on giving back to the community, and this cause is no exception. Expect energy, heart, and a little friendly competition!

Rachael is back for her second year of DWTCRS! 💜She is a professional dancer and passionate dance educator with roots in upstate New York. She’s performed for major brands and even danced professionally for the Albany Firewolves. Now teaching jazz technique at Class Act Dance, she brings years of experience and a true love for the art form to everything she does. Expect big energy, sharp technique, and a whole lot of heart on that stage❤️‍🔥

Please God, never let me forget these days.

Our @journeycompetition Season 3 tour has officially come to an end.

To every dance studio owner who supports us, every dancer who graced our stage, and every parent who trusted us with their children… thank you. You are the reason why Journey exists.

@teamjrny it is the absolute privilege of my life to lead a team that is so passionate, selfless, and always ready to serve. You truly do push me to be better.

To my family, @silviaavaldiviezo @johnnyvaldiviezo @camilavaldii and @myrkagallegos , thank you for always being there, not just for Journey, but for me. I couldn’t do this without you.

And to the love of my life, @alligallant … thank you for dreaming alongside me and for pouring your whole heart into this business. You’re my favorite person and the most incredible business partner I could ever ask for.

Most importantly, thank You, God. Thank You for trusting me to steward this business. I pray I never lose sight of why we started, and I promise to keep showing up with everything I have.

I say this every year, but it still doesn’t feel real that this is what I get to do for a living. This life is more than I ever dreamed of.

People always ask me what the secret is. I wish I had one. But the truth is, all I do is dance, listen to music, love people, and produce dance competitions.

God is the greatest. 🤍

Beyond proud of these amazing kids!! Got to surprise them for their last regional competition and they did not disappoint! First place overall teen small group!!! Watching you dance fills my heart every time. Huge congrats to all of Class Act Dance for winning the Expert X-Factor Champion and crushing this comp!
