After months of counting down, planning outfits, and hearing about all things AC/DC from Evelyn… we’re finally here. ⚡️

Standing 5 rows from the stage with my sister, matching devil horns on, and only 15 minutes until the show starts feels a little surreal.

This may not be my usual world, but getting to step into hers for a weekend has been pretty incredible.

No matter what happens when the lights go down, I already know this is a memory we’ll be talking about for a very long time. ❤️🤘

5 hours until @acdc and somehow we accidentally turned into members of the band!

This look is way outside my comfort zone, but Evelyn is absolutely thriving in her natural habitat and I have officially been adopted into the rock lifestyle for the weekend. 😂

Started the day at the AC/DC Pop-Up Tour experience and next stop is screaming every lyric from the 5th row. If you need us, we’ll be somewhere under the flashing lights pretending we’re on stage too! 🎸⚡️

Congratulations to Evelyn who was accepted into the Kalinski Lab for Neuroinflammation at USC. She is so excited to join their research team in the fall! I can’t even begin to explain it so here’s the information she sent me about it. One step closer to her goal of being a brain surgeon 🧠👩‍🔬

Peeked in on Evelyn tonight at work! If you’re in Columbia and want an awesome Yoga, Pilates or HIIT class go see her at Bikram Yoga in Forest Acres. Quick overnight trip to Columbia for an appointment tomorrow then hurrying back home for DDC’s first competition of the season. ❤️

We went to Texas Roadhouse for Evelyn's birthday last night, and she was so excited to see the Simkins girls! Elizabeth is at Clemson, so of course there was some football trash talking, but they agreed that they both miss SC weather 🤣 (it was below zero last night with the wind chill 🥶).

When you’re in Columbia but can’t get tickets for the game, you watch on the deck of the hotel while eating D’s Wings. GO COCKS!!! 🐔🏈🤙🏻 #USCHomecoming

Screaming HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Evelyn!! 20 years old and living her best life at Carolina! Birthday breakfast was crème brûlée, haystacks and Chex mix (extra sauce and only cereal, made just for her) with cream soda in a bottle. Caramel cake which is her favorite. And she got the BEST present ever from Claudia. Tickets to see her favorite band, AC/DC, on the field and 4th row at Bank of America stadium!🤯🤯🤯
