An amazing birthday turnout for Leilani this weekend.❤️

A big Thank You to @aexplosive_ for putting a woman’s touch on this and helping me put the party together for Leilani.

And by “helping me put the party together” I mean here’s my card, she did the rest and told me what to do. 😂

Thank you to everyone who showed up or reached out. This one was special as Leilani is in the Double Digits now. Time really flys by and I’m blessed to have such an amazing daughter.

Happy Birthday month to my lil Twin 🥳

2026 haven’t posted much but clients on here-I like it that way, just results. Here’s some stuff I haven’t posted cause I suck at social media

The year I let go of my imposter syndrome. The year I almost don’t have time to count my blessings cause I have work to get back to. The year a lot of people depend on me and I have to make shit happen

But I have to take a second to appreciate where I’m at as a coach. If you told me I’d be here 5 years, ago, I wouldn’t believe you

I owe a lot of my growth to my mentor @prodbyprob. Since our first conversation at Nationals in 2025, I knew he was gonna go up like bitcoin, told all the homies “yo this guy’s the next up..” he deserves his flowers for being the coach of the year, youngest to coach Mr Olympia and I’m excited and honored to build with him at @team_controlledchaos_

Got to travel a bit, but always tied it to work somehow

New gen of coaches!!! (except David lol) fun as heck this year being at shows with the homies because we all wanna see each other win. Texas bodybuilding standard📈

@lumberjackzack_ making noise at Gold’s gym pro. When you help a high level athlete like this, you start to really understand there’s levels to this shit. Assist the lay up for @classicblum ⛹️‍♂️

fat coach and his not so fat clients

Denver has nothing to do but food and nature and bodybuilding shows 🤣

coach gets out every now and then to rave

@classicblum my brother!!! Your wins are my wins

detour in Vegas for non bodybuilding reasons

@jaylane catching flights not feelings..jk we caught feelings cause our guys didn’t get their pro cards😢

but I know bro is cooking more

I cannot say enough good things about @netodonatti as a coach and more so as a person. Dallas coaching is such a good scene, and seeing his team do well and training at AR Frisco pushes me to be greater.

😎

Man @davidshortfitness winning like a mf this year. He actually cares to see others do well and just ask his clients and peers. Super grateful for our friendship my bro

Raving with the bros!!

Rush Hour 4! Super fun to coach not just for the wins but when your clients are homies

Meat (pause)

Tried to pick up a hobby and failed. @sut.gm we gonna go

I can’t remember this last time I

• went to Pittsburgh, drank @ghostcoffeecollab

• Went to Garden Valley, & watched my primal toddlers devour an apple pie icecream

• Watched my son start preschool

• Camped in McCall w/ our trailer that my wife renovated❤️

• Shot with amazing local professionals📸 & captured the sweet mems of a wedding🎥

• Flew to Vegas🎰 saw the 🅾️lympia, took pics, got a job killer tattoo, ate with good company

ALL in ONE month… oh yeah- September🍁🍂

Olympia Week Pt. 1 🅾️

Super hard to put my first Olympia into a single caption lol.

But I’m incredibly grateful to @corey_lindner & @keriganpikefit for bringing me along to capture their week & trusting me to be a part of it 🤝

One of my favorite parts of shows & expos is seeing familiar faces, making new friends & growing my community🌐

I’m a firm believer that a collaborative mindset will get you further & keep you happier along the way — so finally meeting the LV GOAT @rotnfilms & shooting alongside @apexmedia23 was incredibly refreshing.

I rooted for friends on stage, watched history unfold as Fit Model made its Olympia debut & got tattooed by one of my bucket-list artists.

Super thankful for this community & to officially check “Go to the Olympia” off the list. ✅🅾️
