Bringing people together through recreation is one of my favourite parts of Adaptive Peaks! 💛

Feeling so grateful for all the friends, volunteers and families who helped make our yoga and climbing events happen. It’s so special seeing our community come together, try new things and create opportunities for all abilities! thank you @sophia.tsonis for leading the yoga class and @farside.films for the footage 🥰

thank you so much @creeksidevillacanmore for hosting our Yoga event when we got rained out! Such a beautiful venue and such a welcoming crew🥰

Now the big question… what should we do next?! 👀 I’d love to hear your ideas! 🧗‍♀️🧘‍♀️

May/June with Adaptive Peaks 💛

Lots of movement, lots of laughs, lots of goals being crushed, and lots of really cool moments watching people build confidence in themselves.

Running a business has been a little chaotic sometimes, and honestly, I have a really hard time with admin and staying organized. I’m learning a lot about myself, and I really appreciate everybody’s patience and support along the way.

Our yoga event was a huge success (footage coming soon 👀).

We also have something really exciting coming up on July 26th. @_thesundaysocial is featuring Adaptive Peaks as part of one of their Sunday run club days, and I’m so excited about it. It’s a really cool opportunity to bring people together and continue building community. More details to come!

Also… I have ONE session spot available for the summer. Message me for more details!

Thanks for being part of the Team!🩷

PINCH ME!! 🥹🥹When I first started this program, I never could have imagined how much it would grow or the incredible people I would meet along the way. Watching individuals step into their power, smash goals, and build confidence, that’s what keeps me going every day. This isn’t just about a business or a program; it’s about creating a space where people are truly seen, supported, and empowered to be their best selves. I’m endlessly grateful for everyone who has trusted me to be part of their journey. This is just the beginning, and I’m so excited to see where we go next together.
