Everyone gets the pretty, put-together version of you. I get the weird faces, the unhinged laughs, the dark jokes nobody else should probably hear (but they get to anyways haha)πŸ˜‚, the inside jokes no one else understands, finishing each other’s sentences, and every ridiculous little version in between. And somehow, I got lucky enough to get every version of you. Wouldn’t trade it for anything. Couldn't do this life without you my dear β™₯️ #nohomo #bigfag #sisterfromanothermister #badfriends #youcantsitwithus

We created a cake❣️ But not your typical cake. It was a three tier soap cake, decorated with pressed flowers, calendula sprinkled like confetti, and topped off with a whimsical celebratory clown. All crafted to honor our dear friends and their wedding celebration. πŸ’’ Cheers to Chelsea and Carlos ,wishing you a blessed and beautifully continued life together. πŸ₯‚πŸŒΏ

I never thought I’d grow my own flowers. And now I can’t imagine not walking through my garden every Saturday morning with my trug and gathering blooms for arranging. I have no skills whatsoever. I grab dahlias, roses, snapdragons, rosemary + sage from my kitchen garden + turn my bunches into amateur glory. I can hear my heart singing all week as I walk by these works of floral art. Best part, when I moved to Napa Valley a new friend brought me flowers in a plain, tall glass jar. Where did you get this beautiful vase, I asked? It’s a pickled asparagus jar. I just soaked off the label, she revealed. Now my own crystal vases are packed away because soaking off labels from interesting jars + filling them with flowers from my own garden feels like simple perfection. Thanks for the inspo Chelsea @flowertothepeoplela πŸ’ Love + Sheri PS ~ Announcing a special collaboration!
