For my family and for I the color pink holds a specific kind of weight. It’s not just a color for a month or a campaign; it’s the color of my aunt’s warmth, her laughter, and the enduring love she gave us. But it also carries the ache of her absence since we lost her to breast cancer.

Seeing that color brings back the image of her fighting spirit, but also the profound pain of seeing someone you love fade from this world. It’s a deeply emotional color for me yet, it’s also a hyperactive color.

It’s a relentless reminder that we cannot be passive. It pushes me to share her story, to keep her memory alive in the fight, and to make sure everyone knows that awareness isn’t just about ribbons and hashtags. It’s about life.

It’s about understanding that breast cancer touches real people and destroys real families. It’s about knowing that early detection saves lives. I’m not just wearing this pink suit, I am sharing this post in memory of my aunt. But more than that, I’m sharing it for you. For your mothers, your sisters, your daughters, and for yourselves.

So Please:

🌸 Get informed
🌸 Talk to your doctors
🌸 Do the self-exams
🌸 Schedule the mammograms.

Early detection is our best defense. Let’s honor the ones we’ve lost by protecting the ones who are still here.
Together, we can make a difference.

💛🎗️ IT ALL BEGINS WITH ONE YELLOW BRACELET…

Sometimes, the smallest gestures carry the most powerful messages.

This October, we're choosing yellow, a colour of hope, courage, solidarity and light in the fight against cancer.

Here in Saint-Paul, Réunion Island 🇷🇪, I had the privilege of giving each participant a yellow bracelet in person. Not just an accessory, but a symbol of unity and a reminder that nobody should face cancer alone.

At Classic King International, I believe giving back to society and our communities isn't just a responsibility. It's a commitment that comes from the heart.

And those who know me know that one of my favourite ways to bring people together is through DANCE. 💃🕺

This is only the beginning of something we've been preparing with love, dedication and a whole lot of heart.

One bracelet. One community. One hope.

💛 OCTOBER GOES YELLOW: SOMETHING SPECIAL IS COMING! 💛🎗️

What if one colour, one community and one dance could bring a little more hope into the world? 🌍✨

October is traditionally associated with Pink October, a month dedicated to breast cancer awareness. 🩷

But this year, we decided to do something a little different…

WE ARE TURNING OCTOBER YELLOW! 💛

Why yellow? 🎗️

Because yellow represents sunshine, warmth, optimism, resilience and HOPE. It is also a colour associated with awareness of certain cancers, including childhood cancer through gold ribbons and bone cancer through yellow ribbons.

For our initiative, the yellow bracelet is more than just an accessory. It is our collective symbol of solidarity, compassion and support for everyone affected by cancer patients, survivors, families and those we have sadly lost. 💛

👑 As Classic King International 2026, I strongly believe that wearing a crown is not simply about recognition, elegance or personal achievement.

It is about giving back to society, serving our communities and using our platform to make a positive difference.

And those who know me already know one thing…

I LOVE TO EXPRESS MYSELF THROUGH DANCE! 💃🕺🔥

So, together with an incredible group of friends and members of our Réunion Island community, we decided to transform that passion into something meaningful.

Dressed in yellow, with me proudly wearing pink to honour Pink October, we came together to create a special Zumba-inspired choreography dedicated to the fight against cancer.

Behind these pictures are hours of preparation, rehearsals, laughter, determination and teamwork.

We worked incredibly hard to bring this project to life, not for perfection, not for recognition, but for something far more important:

✨ To spread JOY.

💛 To inspire HOPE.

🤝 To celebrate UNITY.

🎗️ And to remind those facing cancer that they are not alone.

Because sometimes, even the smallest gesture can make a difference. And sometimes, a simple dance can carry a message much bigger than the music itself.
