Drinking Cacao to Invite the Spirit of a nurturing grandmother in

1 cup of ceremonial cacao when drunk with intention and honor brings me closer to life

blood begins to circulate
more oxygen enters brain
mind drops down to belly
awareness expands
heart opens

Quite literally more space opens in the heart center, so the capacity to FEEL expands

This is the potential of a cacao ceremony, to recharge your spirit in circle, amplifying the energetic bonds we have with ourselves, one-another & the Earth

And whenever I am brought closer to life, to the sensation of being alive and present, simultaneously I am closer to death

Ceremony won’t just amplify the positive, it’ll bring out the grief of life

When under good facilitation, there is space to feel it all

like a grandmother who’s wrinkles of time tell the story of life approaching death

Cacao contains codes of expansion and dignity

because it grows from heirloom trees that the indigenous have cared for, for thousands of years,

and contributes to the health of the agroforestry of many crawlers, fliers, plants and trees

Buying ceremonial cacao (meaning organic & ethically sourced) from South and Central America is a direct way to care for the Earth and level the playing field.

Drinking it alone, with loved ones or in circle is always a ceremony and direct message to the Universe:

“I open myself up to more sweetness in life, more Truth, more of my Truth, so that I may walk my talk.”
