recap of my workshop @ the FAA april intensivesšŸ«§ after 5 years of teaching this particular wushu-based ā€œmethodā€ in different settings i thought itā€™d be nice to finally have and share some proper footage. basically im just teaching an accumulation of everything iā€™ve learned so far from other people and hope this format of tools helps other movers the way it has helped me. iā€™m not an expert at anything, most importantly itā€™s to have some fun :) soooo if anyone else wants to hire me? x thank you to all the students from CO1 that attended and thank you @fontys.danceartsincontext for having mešŸ«¶šŸ¼ & thank you @jolandabazzi for filming! #floorwork #wushu #contemporarydance #dance #martialarts
