Pretty in Pink 💖 Happy birthday @tia_ejamme 🎂

Trip down memory lane with the Irina @partymakers_nz and her most amazing bubble magician tricks you’ll ever see. Brought a tear to my eye as she also performed for Sienna’s 2nd birthday three years ago! You really need to swipe through to watch her protective older brother at 4 in the bubble 🥹🥹 @claudiaconaglen

Chocolate cake with a rich chocolate ganache and chocolate chip filling, topped with fluffy white Chantilly cream and beautiful pink buttercream flowers. Decorated with delicate white chocolate hearts and a sprinkle of colourful sprinkles for that extra WOW look! 😀❤️🌸

Gals night at the movies 🍿🥂

Okay, One Night Only is genuinely the best rom com I’ve seen in aaaaages! Usually you either get great actors with a storyline that falls a little flat… or a great storyline without the cast to pull it off. This had BOTH.

Every time I thought I knew exactly where it was going… BAM, time for a mix up 💥 👏🏼

So many laughs, such a fun watch and exactly what you want from a movie. 100% worth seeing - and out now 🙌🏼

POV: You stopped overcomplicating workouts… and started getting stronger in just 20 minutes per week💪

Here’s the truth: most of us don’t have hours to give to the gym. Some days we don’t even have the headspace for it.

So how does 20 minutes actually get the job done?

EMS training activates way more of your muscle fibres than a normal workout, including the deep stabilising muscles most training never reaches. Add in proper strength exercises and a personal trainer guiding every rep, and you’ve got a genuinely efficient way to build muscle, improve tone and get stronger.

Twice a week. 20 minutes. That’s it.

Every time it fools you. Looks easy, but the core’s burning and the muscles are sore.

Note to self: avoid funny people tomorrow. 🫡

🔥Hot take:

Most people don’t need more motivation.

They need fitness that actually works with their schedule.

That’s one of the favourite things about EMS training.

You book a time that suits you, show up, train for 20 minutes, and get on with your day.

No rigid class times.
No spending hours at the gym.
Just training that fits into real life.

People often assume our job is helping people get fitter.
And yes, that’s part of it.

But after nearly 10 years of helping thousands of Kiwis train with us, we’ve realised something:

Most people aren’t really looking for stronger legs, a firmer core, or a certain number on the scales.

They’re looking to feel more like themselves again.

To have more energy.
To feel stronger and more capable.
To trust their body again.
To feel confident saying yes to the things they love doing.

The physical changes are great.

But the way people feel is what really keeps them coming back. 💛
