One year already. How fast time flies. The past year with you has been beautiful. Looking back, I can only thank God. He’s surrounded us with so many beautiful people. Our loved ones really showed up and showed out at the trad (22.02.2025) AND the white wedding (13.03.25).

I genuinely love you all. Mum @with_abimbola & Dad @femifranka thank you for loving us and supporting us through every single stage as we all planned the wedding. You’re both incredible. We can’t put into words how much we love you.

Almost exactly 1 year ago today, I abruptly made a decision to quit my job, pack, move out, leave people I love, and go to California, a decision I made in faith believing I was being obedient to God. The season that I stepped into was one where I can honestly say I truly fell in love with God, like my heart broken by the death of Jesus on the cross for me, yearning to be obedient to God til my last breath, willing to lay down my dreams of being in ministry and go or stay wherever he led. Turning my focus from what I would do for God to worship to him has forever changed my life. A year ago I felt paralyzed by fear and today, I’m free from fear and full of gratitude for the faithfulness of God and for the experiences, the friendships, the testimonies, the joy, and the transformation of that season 🤍
