🔥 FIRST PUBLIC HYROX SIM = IN THE BOOKS.

St. Augustine SHOWED UP.

25 waves from 7AM–12PM. Athletes from our own community and competitors traveling all the way from New Smyrna Beach to come test themselves with us.

This is what the SIM is about: seeing the progress, finding the weaknesses and knowing exactly what we need to attack as we enter our final phase of training for HYROX Tampa.

Huge shoutout to Coach Baylee for building this event, our coaches and volunteers judging every full-length station, resetting weights and making sure athletes could focus on one thing:

SHOW UP. COMPETE. GIVE EVERYTHING YOU’VE GOT.

And we’re just getting started.

📅 NEXT 6 SIMS:
11/1
11/29
12/27
1/24
2/21
3/21

🔥 NEXT SIM: NOVEMBER 1

Our HYROX Sims will run every 4 weeks with vendors, judges, race-standard stations and a team committed to helping you understand the rules, execute better and become a better HYROX athlete.

We’re also looking for more local vendors + sponsors who want to be part of this growing event every 4 weeks and get in front of the St. Augustine fitness community. Reach out if your business wants to get involved.

Members get HYROX Performance classes + Sims included.

Not a member?
Solo Sim: $40
Doubles: $35/athlete

And through October + November, new athletes can take advantage of our FREE MONTH TRIAL and train with us as we build toward Tampa.

You bring the effort. We’ll handle the rest.

Big shoutout to Mocktail Mamas for absolutely crushing it today and supporting our athletes!

🔥 SPONSORED HYROX ATHLETE #3: MICHAEL HAAR

This one is different.

Mike has zero HYROX experience.

No races. No times. No résumé.

Just a competitive streak, a willingness to work, and a burning desire to see what he’s capable of.

He grew up playing soccer, football and basketball, then spent years training like a bodybuilder before realizing he wanted something different.

Move better. Run. Compete. Be capable.

And build a body that can keep up with the people he loves for a long time.

Mike is quiet. He works. He doesn’t need to talk about it.

Which makes him the perfect HYROX programming guinea pig for his fiancée, Coach Baylee. 😂🔥

You’ll get to follow his first HYROX journey from the beginning — the testing, the suffering, the progress and eventually the starting line.

Mike joins Lisa + Hardus as part of Team KTLYST and the next wave of hybrid athletes we’re building here.

Now it’s time to work.

🔥 First HYROX Performance Training class: THIS SUNDAY | 10:30 AM

Programmed in-house by our Athlete Lab coaches and led by Baylee Bishop, CSCS.

Included with all KTLYST Adult Strength & Fitness memberships.

No hype needed. It’s go time. 🎤⬇️
