🏀 424 Member Spotlight 🏀

Slippery Rock Sophomore Claudia Ierullo put in a ton of hours over the summer to prepare for the upcoming season!

Claudia is a very athletic guard who is a lock down defender and very quick off of the dribble! She has also really developed her outside game over the past couple of years!

Expect some BIG things from Claudia as she enters year 2 at The Rock! 🪨 😤💪🏼🏀

Hip Swivel / Heavy Step Actions

In transition: pace work using a side punch & hip swivel to create space and then freeze defense.

In scoring position: push out to a heavy (left) step hip swivel to get a read, then to a right left pull up.

CHANGE YOUR PACE ✅✅✅

Quick 1-2 Shot Reps

Working on quick, efficient, elevated jumpers. Getting into other varieties with veer steps, shot fakes, misdirections, etc, but starting with the “basics” and mastering them .. not even basic.. one of the most common ways pros score! Bumping early and getting to a spot efficiently

Get game like shooting reps ✅
