I knoooow, I’m 3 months behind!!! But life has been wild, yall! In the best ways & I hope to share more soon! 🤗

August 2024: Part 2

More movement 💪🏼 , more housework 🧱 , more fits 😈… oh, & I found my way back to some regular cardio 🚴🏼‍♀️ & sadly said goodbye (for now) to one of the best @claudiavanhuffel as she heads to Sydney 🇦🇺 to teach at @cyclebar_crowsnest! And finally, I ended the month helping @neonheather out w an intimate lil comedy event. 🎭 She & I have been working on some other fun things too… stay tuned! 🌵
