Groove & Choreo class @movement.lifestyle

In this class, we work with the same movement and explore different textures, feels, and musicality. We work on the dancing while also building body control, isolation, groove, and awareness. 🫶🏻✨

A lot of what I teach comes from the foundations and basics that I’ve learned and continue to learn from those who came before me. I’m just bringing my own approach, perspective, and way of feeling the movement into it. 🙏🏻✨

This experience was without a doubt the biggest moment of my 8 months since coming to study in the U.S.

I’m truly grateful to @_jameskho for giving me such an amazing opportunity, and to all the reliable and supportive unnies. At first, I had so many worries, but once rehearsals began, everyone’s kindness and warmth quickly eased my nerves ☺️
I can’t thank James and the entire team enough ✨

Since it was hard to fully express my gratitude in words, I tried to show it in my own way 🧶🌸

And I’ll never forget the excitement I felt performing on stage! The kind of energy that can only come out when you’re on stage 🔥
This experience reminded me how deeply meaningful dancing on stage is to me.

Through this opportunity, my passion for dance has grown even stronger—I’m fired up 🔥😆
I’m going to keep improving so I can dance even more powerfully and beautifully on stage!!

To everyone who supported me, to SBX, and to James—thank you so much. I love you all 🩷

今回の経験は間違いなく私がアメリカに留学してからの8ヶ月の中で1番大きな出来事！

私にこうして素晴らしい機会を与えてくれたJames、そして頼りになるお姉さんたち、
最初はたくさんの心配ごとがあったけど、いざ練習が始まってみたらみんなの優しさ、心地よさがすぐに緊張をほぐしてくれました☺️
James、そしてチームのみんなには感謝してもしきれないです！✨
大きな感謝の気持ちを言葉で伝えるのが難しかったから、当日手作りのキーホルダーを持って行って、私なりの精一杯の方法で形にして伝えてみました🧶🌸

そしてステージに立って踊ったあの高揚感が忘れられない！ステージでしか出せない、自分の中にある大きなエネルギー🔥
やっぱりステージで踊ることは自分にとって大きな意味をもつことなんだと強く思いました☺️

今回の経験を通してさらにダンスに熱が入りアツアツです🔥😆もっとカッコよく舞台の上で踊れるようになるぞ！！

Proud proud proud of these ladies for making this vision come to life with their own hands and putting up with my nonsense for these past few weeks.

It’s been exactly 10 years since the last time I was on this stage and I wouldn’t have wanted to do it with anyone else.

The dream is to keep putting out meaningful work - as in it means something to me in the moment, something to us as individuals, something to us as a whole.

Just something.

“Excited” doesn’t exactly capture all the different colors of emotions I’ve been feeling after this weekend.

Some possible keywords: ready, stimulated, inspired, enlivened, relieved, wistful, crochet, flowers, blooming, joy, play, lobsters, rain, sea, air, 笑眯眯, inhale, exhale, break, move, shift, realign, hold tight.
