2018 has held some incredibly high highs as well as some incredibly low lows. I can say with confidence that I know myself better at the end of this year than I have any other year of my life- but it was hard work getting to this point. I traveled more than I thought possible in my early 20s (this was the year of Seattle, Portland, Baltimore, York, New Haven, New York, and Guatemala), I quit a job, I went back to camp, I stood beside two of my oldest friends as they got married. And somehow, at the end of it all, I love who I’ve been created to be more now than I did 365 days ago- praise God! Here’s to 2019 and all it’s going to hold. 🥂🖤

Thousand Pines has been my home for over three years and I rejoice in the stability it gave me. I will never forget the joy that I’ve experienced including some dark, tear-filled trials. I have created some awesome memories and had plenty of shenanigans. From hardcore shows with friends to sushi dates with people I can call family. From experiencing a team of 30+ people to meeting my ‘long lost brother’ and watching him flourish in his faith. To learning how to drive stick on the opposite side and also helping build a mega yurt! .
