one thing i’m learning is that taking care of your mental health doesn’t always mean slowing down. sometimes it’s about getting up, moving your body, challenging yourself, and doing something that makes YOU feel good.

a HUGE shoutout to @ZIDE Training Club and Clay for such an amazing class!! 🫶🏼 the energy, motivation, and atmosphere were everything i needed today. there’s truly no better feeling than walking out of a workout feeling stronger, happier, and proud of yourself.

ONE YEAR AT ZIDE 🤍

It’s hard to put into words what this past year at ZIDE has meant to me. When I walked through these doors a year ago, I had no idea just how much this place would shape me, not only as a Pilates instructor, but as a person.

Pilates has completely changed the direction of my life, and this past year has reminded me why I fell in love with it in the first place. It’s taught me so much about movement, connection, confidence, and trusting myself. ZIDE has given me a space to grow, to challenge myself, to teach, to lead, and to become the instructor I’ve always hoped to be.

I’ve never been somewhere that has shown me so much respect, support, and appreciation. ZIDE has made me feel like I’m home. I feel incredibly lucky to wake up and genuinely love what I do, and even luckier to do it surrounded by people who make it so special.

The friendships I’ve made here have become one of the most unexpected and beautiful parts of this journey. Some of the people I met through ZIDE, have become people I now consider family, and friendships that have gone far beyond the walls of this studio, all the way to being there for one of the most important days of my life, my wedding. 🤍

That’s something I’ll never take for granted.

Looking back, I’m so proud of how much I’ve grown, not just in my teaching, but in who I am. I’m grateful for every class, every conversation, every challenge, every laugh, and every person who has been a part of this chapter.

One year down, and I truly couldn’t be happier to call ZIDE home.

Thank you for giving me a place to grow, a place to teach, and most importantly, a place where I’ve found some of the most incredible people in my life.

To many more years, friendships, headstands, and memories! 🤸🏻‍♀️
