God has given us the mandate to dominate, and the media is no exception. We were created to create, not merely to consume.

The media is one of the most powerful tools of our time, and someone is already using it to shape what your generation sees, believes, and becomes. So, why shouldn’t it be you?

This Sunday, the 25th, at 7 PM, I’m privileged to speak on how Christians can maximise social media as a tool for influence and impact. We have been called to take dominion, and it’s time we understood how to extend that mandate into the digital space.

We shouldn’t just watch the world. We must help shape it. 🌍

A special thank you to my spiritual family, @clcglobal_ @clcabuja_, for this incredible privilege. Thank you for creating an environment where I can continue to refine my understanding of God’s assignment on my life and find expression in different capacities. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to grow, serve, and fulfil purpose within this family.

And to my Pastors @officialseunakinloye @falodunopeoluwa thank you for believing in me Sirs❤️, I’m better for it.

See you on Sunday! 🫶🏽

Read the Caption🙂

Over the weekend, I had the privilege of having a conversation with my Pastor, @officialifeakinloye, and she shared three miraculous experiences of God’s supernatural intervention. I mean, situations where medically, it looked like everything was over. Just imagine a child who was unconscious over the midnight but was up and playing with everyone just hours later; or the dead baby being raised to life, or the unconscious child who was supernaturally saved by heaven’s life support. Listening to her, I kept thinking about what happens when life brings us to a point where everything we’ve learned, believed, been taught, and even preached about God is put to the test.

I remembered Romans 4, where the Bible speaks about Abraham, who, against all hope, believed in hope. Sometimes, everything around us will tell us it’s impossible. People will tell us there’s no way, and every natural explanation will suggest that it’s over. But even at that point, God is still God, and He is able to make a way where there seems to be none. My Pastor said, one of the most important factors for her during those moments were are words and actions . She NEVER considered what was happening. She kept declaring life, the opposite of the current situation, and the things God has said. Just life Abraham!

I’m sharing this for anyone like me who is facing something that looks impossible right now. Perhaps we’ve been told there’s no way, or everything around us suggests that it’s over. Please, don’t give up on God. Against all odds, there is still hope, and God is able to make a way. Indeed when our backs are against the wall and it looks like it’s over, God is making a way.

Thank you so much, Pastor, for sharing these experiences with me.

P.S: I have super amazing Pastors. If you are in #abuja you can join us at @clcabuja_

Of all the cities I’ve been to in #nigeria, Abuja is still my favourite. I love #lagos too, genuinely, but the craziness, the traffic, the smell, and the fact that you have to be extremely intentional about having a life outside the hustle makes it difficult for me to put it above Abuja. Abuja has its own problems o, but for me, the exposure, the #lifestyle the environment and the speed at which things seem to move here have changed the way I think about life

I moved to Abuja from Ilorin in 2024, and one major difference for me has been what I now see as possible. Growing up in Kwara, you could see someone building a house for 5 or even 10+ years. Certain cars felt like a very big deal. Then you come to Abuja and you see houses going up in 6 months, 4 months, or even faster. You see infrastructure developing, businesses growing, people building things, and lifestyles that previously felt very far away suddenly become things you see around you regularly.

And I think environment does something to your faith and ambition. There was a time when having a few millions felt like a very comfortable destination to me. Then you come to Abuja and start seeing what houses cost, what good schools cost, what certain cars cost, and even the scale of projects people are executing. You will see a two-bedroom property going for ₦150 million and suddenly realise that some of the financial goals you once considered massive may only be the beginning. Not because everyone needs to chase money endlessly, but because exposure can stretch your understanding of what is possible and what may be required for the life, family and impact you want to build.

So if you’re thinking of relocating and #abuja is somewhere you’re considering, I genuinely think it can be a very good city. Just come prepared 😂. And while you’re here, if you need a church, please come to Citizens of Light Church Abuja in Jabi @clcabuja_ . We meet Sundays at 9am and Wednesdays at 6pm, and I’d genuinely love to see you there. I’ll also tag a few Abuja people/pages that can help you properly explore the city because Abuja has plenty to offer if you know where to look. @the_abujagist @abuja.pr @seeabuja @hotperidot

Let me share something with you, and I have a question for you at the end...

Someone who recently started going to the gym had a conversation with his trainer. The young man thought the weights were the main work: lift heavier, do the push-ups, use the machines, show up consistently. Then his trainer basically told him that if he really wanted to build strength and develop muscle, what happened outside the gym mattered just as much as what happened inside it. You can train hard, but if you are not eating properly, getting enough protein, resting well and giving your body what it needs to rebuild, there is only so much the training can do.

Yesterday in church @clc_maryland, my Pastor Apostle @muyiwaareo was teaching on Strengthened: Overcoming Spiritual Fatigue and the significance of proper feeding. Guess what? that gym conversation came back to me. He read Isaiah 55:2 NLT, where God asks, “Why do we spend on food that does not give us strength?” and I thought about how much we consume every single day. We are constantly feeding on something: reels, tweets, opinions, news, podcasts, conversations, books, clips and all sorts of content. The real question is not whether we are eating. The question is whether what we are eating is actually making us stronger.

A few Christian clips on social media cannot replace sitting with our Bible. Sunday service cannot be the only meal we eat all week. Good books and powerful messages are valuable, but they cannot permanently replace the Word itself. Jeremiah 15:16 says, “Your words were found, and I ate them.” There is a kind of strength that comes from reading the Word of God for ourselves, saying it, meditating on it and staying with it until it stops being something we merely read and becomes something living inside us.

Maybe spiritual fatigue is not always because we are doing too much. Sometimes, we are simply not eating enough of the right food. So I have been asking myself a very simple question: what have I been feeding on, and is it making me stronger? What about you? 🙂

YES LORD! — UNDERSTANDING THE SCIENCE OF SURRENDER

What if some of the things you have been struggling with are not because God has not spoken, but because you have not yet learned how to surrender to what He has said?

There is a dimension of life that opens when a man learns to say:

“YES, LORD.”

Not just with his lips, but with his will, plans, desires, understanding, relationships, career, finances, family, purpose and entire life.

Surrender is not weakness.
It is not losing your ability to think.
It is not becoming passive or blindly following every voice.

Surrender is learning to recognize God, trust His wisdom, yield your will to His, and walk in obedience.

And when you learn this, it changes EVERYTHING.

It affects how you make decisions.
How you respond to God’s Word.
How you relate with the Holy Spirit.
How you handle authority.
How you navigate relationships.
How you pursue purpose.
How you make career and financial decisions.
How you respond when God’s direction is different from your preference.

Jesus said:

“Nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done.” — Luke 22:42

What would your life look like if God’s will became your greatest pursuit?

What would happen if you stopped fighting the direction of God and learned the art of yielding to Him?

“YES LORD” continues today.

Come and learn the SCIENCE OF SURRENDER—how to discern God’s will, how to submit to His Word, how to respond to the Spirit, how to relate with godly authority, and how to live a life that is genuinely yielded to God.

🔥 Don’t just hear about surrender. Learn how to live it.
