// Client Review //

“Fantastic service” 🙌

It’s always rewarding to hear feedback like this from clients who have taken the time to trust me with their recovery.

From identifying the problem area and working on it during the session, to providing tailored exercises to continue progress at home, the aim is always to give you the tools and confidence to keep moving forward. 💪

Sports therapy isn’t just about addressing the problem today — it’s about helping you understand your body, improve movement and reduce the chances of the same issues holding you back in the future.

A massive thank you for the kind words and recommendation! 🤝

What a season its been for Spencer in the ST150 Challenge. Absolutely rapid from the word go and with a fantastic start to the year getting his first podium and win we had a feeling this would be a good season. Some great consistent results throughout the year meant we got 3rd in the standings.

Silverstone International 🏁 🥉

That wraps up the championship for another year in the Fiesta ST150’s

Coming home in P4 and P9 in the final 2 races wasn’t quite the ending I was hoping for however we done enough to secure 3rd place overall in the championship!
Never could I of imagined of finishing in the top 3 in my second season in this class but it’s something I’m incredibly proud of. Of course none of this would be possible without my team @tensportperformance and mechanics throughout the year : @wtbmotorsports @alexsprange.racing @_theo_vonstermunch_head_ I cannot thank everyone at Tensport enough for their help and support throughout the season achieving some incredible results together and bringing me my first win back at Brands Hatch. We had some lows but we kept pushing and kept delivering and now we have been rewarded.

I also want to give a massive thank you to my family and friends for all their support and help that got me through the year and to @jamesrobertsphoto for the quality photos all season.

Well done to everyone else on their achievements for the season!

2026 ST150 Challenge Rookie Champion - Colin Smith!

Absolutely chuffed to bits to announce this! Colin has been a real pleasure to work with this season. He got his head down early doors and has made mega progress throughout the year after only having 2 days in the car pre-season. Flying in from Ireland each weekend is some fair commitment and the Team is so happy to see the hard work pay off.

@jole_ep3 has done a brilliant job working closely with Colin as his Technician/engineer.

Massive thanks to both of them for bringing a big trophy home for Tensport 🏆
