After a big week, big kms, my Top 10 learnings from our clients are:

- Resting b!@tch-face doesn't mean what you think it does . . .
- Don't ever judge someone's body language without assessing your own first
- Multi-tasking has become an art-form by extroverts moreso than introverts post CoVid
- You can't measure your time if you honestly don't know how much you have each day
- Responsibility is delegated; accountability is a choice
- Introverts & extroverts make the best leadership teams once aware of their strengths
- Psychological safety in your workplace means getting real feedback from your teams
- Introvert 'hangover' is REAL if forced to socialise too much or for too long
- Our clients keep me humble
- I love my job!!

Our HQ is buzzing today with the hype of Santa arriving tomorrow. Me (Mrs N) has spent all morning in the kitchen baking all of our kids favourites for a family breakfast in the morning. A huge shoutout to all of our customers, stockists & market organisers for our best year ever. We can’t wait for what 2019 will bring. Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas from our house to yours 🎅🏻🎄🎁 Kylie & Chris xx
