Moon Hammer’s been a Local 303 artist on Indie 102.3 this month and they’ve been spinning our new song Snakey twice a day for all of Aug! It’s been so magical hearing it on the radio, thanks to @djalisha and the @indie1023 team! See you all Monday/today at the Local 303 meeting at Bar 404 ❤️ we’re so lucky to have this amazing radio station across Colorado (and online)!

INFORMATION FOR TONIGHT:
We are looking forward to share space with everyone who loved Cass & honor the amazing work she had done for this community! We are expecting to hit capacity tonight so we recommend getting to the venue at doors! @labrewjula will be selling aguas frescas tonight($5) & @refried_rockabilly has donated some pieces for a giveaway, $5 a ticket, with all proceeds going to support Cass’ family! There will be a small alter set up with a station to write down your favorite memories of Cass!

When the UMS dates were revealed in February, I already knew that I was moving back to Denver, but I didn’t know that my favorite weekend of the year was coming back. I was more involved than ever this year, and although there were a lot of challenges to navigate, it felt like home. Thanks to our amazing talent team, support from festival veterans, support from friends (old and new), in addition to the community rallying, trusting, and believing through a lot of unknowns, we pulled it off. The UMS is evolving, and I don’t think that’s a bad thing. This weekend proved that the magic is alive and well, and I’m looking forward to playing a part in the next chapter of the Denver music scene.
