Experience the incredible benefits of floating & our infrared saunas in #yyc

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Three weeks ago, I decided to take a two-week break from Instagram. I wanted to see what would happen if I stepped away from creating, scrolling, and feeling like I always had to share something.

Two weeks turned into three.

And honestly... I didn’t miss it as much as I thought I would.

Instead, I noticed something interesting: I felt more present.
More grounded. I had more mental space.

The little things became enough again.

Going for a walk after work.
Spending time outside in the sunshine.
Moving my body every day, even if it was just a short walk or a workout.
Preparing nourishing meals and slowing down enough to enjoy them.

The break reminded me that wellness isn’t something we only talk about online.

It’s something we experience offline.

stepping away from social media helped me reconnect with the very things I care about most.

I’m grateful for the pause because it also gave me space to think about what I want this page to be.

Have you ever taken a break from social media? I’d love to hear what you noticed.

Stress is a part of life.

The goal isn't to eliminate it entirely. It's to build a body that's better equipped to adapt, recover, and remain resilient when challenges arise.

That's one reason regular infrared sauna use has become a staple for so many wellness-minded individuals.

Heat exposure creates a controlled stressor that encourages the body to respond, adapt, and recover. Over time, this process may help support:

🔥 A healthier stress response
🔥 Improved circulation and cardiovascular function
🔥 Better recovery from physical and mental demands
🔥 Enhanced mood and overall well-being
🔥 Deeper, more restorative sleep

Chronic stress can leave us feeling depleted, tense, and stuck in a constant state of recovery mode.

Infrared sauna sessions help create an environment where the body can do what it's designed to do: adapt, recover, and become more resilient over time.

Because wellness isn't about avoiding stress altogether. It's about building the capacity to navigate it more effectively. 🔥❤️

Healing is amplified when it’s shared.
Stepping into an infrared sauna with someone you love invites more than warmth – it creates connection, safety, and presence.

Shared heat helps calm the nervous system, deepen relaxation, and turn a wellness practice into a moment of attunement. Breathing together, unwinding together, healing together.

Because when care is mutual, the benefits reach far beyond the sauna. 🔥✨

Febuary 3rd 2025 - Dear Me, you went out of your comfort zone and went to a spa that has crazy pods that make you feel like your on a space ship 🚀 You embraced the darkness and the lack of sound, to create a space for your thoughts that were only your own. Terrifying right. In darkness with just your anxieties and your brain ripping at your insecurities. Wrong, you overcame the initial anxiety by becoming in tune with your heart, feeling the rhythmic thumbs to discover peace and mindfulness, embracing internal debates. It was# an important experience and lessons to learn to become more comfortable in uncomfortable silence. #trynewthings #doitscared
