Finally got all the photos sorted out🫶🏻

Such an unforgettable journey. I truly felt the warmth and thoughtful hospitality of the entire Giffard team. For me, this was an opportunity to challenge myself and an amazing stage to showcase my passion.

Even better were all the lovely people I met along the way.

We’re like different liqueurs, each with our own colors, aromas, and a wonderful variety of flavors, bringing our own cultures and stories. And Giffard brought us all together, allowing us to meet and become part of each other’s journeys.

I hope it won’t be too long until we see each other again🥹✨

Farrands x Hey Palu x Bramble

A huge thank you to Hey Palu & Bramble for making the trip down from Edinburgh and taking over the bar for one night only, and to Hennessy for making it all happen 🥃

And thank you to everyone who joined us earlier in the day for the Hennessy tasting and Alex Palumbo’s seminar, and everyone who packed the place out for the takeover that evening.

Leeds, you were brilliant.

And as for that little reunion at the end… 🥹❤️

𝗚𝗜𝗙𝗙𝗔𝗥𝗗 𝗪𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗖𝗨𝗣 '𝟮𝟲!!

What a full circle moment for me - two years ago I got to be here as the UK competitor, now I got to be an official cheerleader in being the BA... What an honour and a pleasure 🙏🏽.

-

I'm so goddamn proud of every competitor, everyone was incredible. Firstly, a massive congratulations to our top 3!!!!

🥇@kimchithemusical
🥈@ktmasdana_
🥉@livrosengren

Second, special shout-out to my Northern European bois @mathiasschaffer , @neozane and @losinno for absolutely smashing it, and of course to @clearlyabartender for making me experience my first, proper, proud dad moment ❤️.

I know from experience how challenging & how stressful a competition is, especially a global one, but everyone was incredible and everyone should be so immensely proud of themselves.

-

Welcome to the Giffard family, Class of '26, I hope everyone had an amazing experience 🙏🏽❤️

Kinda chic to be a sparkly boi ✨

A few new faces at Farrands 👋

The team’s grown a little recently, so we thought it was probably time you got to know the people behind the bar properly.

We’ve got a Meet the Team coming up, but rather than us deciding what to ask… what do you actually want to know?

Cocktail of choice? Biggest pet peeve? Worst shift habit? Who takes the longest to close?
Drop your questions below and we’ll put the best ones to the team.

RUMMY DEAREST

Appleton 8 Year Old Rum - Banana Miso - Wheat Beer - Demerara

Sweet, umami and comforting. This drink comes to us from Somewhere, inspired by two very important lessons learnt from one of our mums: how to make a great banana bread and, just as importantly, how to win at rummy!

Part of our Somewhere // Nowhere menu
