Here’s what surprises most people about dealcoholized wine.

It doesn’t start as juice. Oracle Chardonnay begins as a full strength Chilean Chardonnay, grown in the Central Valley where the Andes meet the Pacific, and made using traditional winemaking practices.

Only once that’s finished does the alcohol come out. Gently, so the aroma and the structure stay where they are.

Wine first, then dealcoholized.

New arrival! Cucumber & Rose, a gin alternative.

Fresh cucumber and delicate rose lead the nose, layered over classic juniper and soft botanical notes. On the palate it’s crisp and floral, finishing clean with a gentle bitterness that keeps it interesting glass after glass.

Made with Highland spring water. Serve over ice with tonic, or soda and a twist of cucumber. Available now. 🥒
