The world is darker today one of it's greatest lights has left
Sir Dr Todd, a true knight in shining armor, one of the best minds who ever lived died yesterday
It was such an honor to be his shaman.
It doesn't feel right that he's gone. He will be greatly missed.

Thank you Lea for taking me to Cinderella's Femme Flow dance last night. I needed to MOVE.
It was wonderful to do so in a women only environment with a dozen dancing goddesses from all walks of life

After the first very fun dance there was a salsa experience but I felt strangely summoned downstairs
This hawk was sitting on a wire waiting for me.

It isn't really visible in the photo but there was a definite glow around her.
She spent 15 minutes imparting everything I needed to know after an insane week that included losing my phone number of 26 years

When I felt the call to go back up she flew away

I returned to the RISE space with its wonderful salt wall,
and sank into the sound bath at the end of the event
grounding the experience into our bodies.

Then I left with my new friend Nicole, we had dinner in Vista, before a JOYride back home.

It was a perfect night

Face Reading Day was so fun!
It was Meghan's birthday so of course we finished with cake and celebrations.
Everyone graduated with flying colors having swapped photos and read a stranger's face with more than ninety percent accuracy.
They go out into the world able to better communicate with, and understand, every person in their life.
A deeply satisfying day

Last night I got to enjoy an intimate show with Sophia Rayne at the incredibly beautiful Temple of Wholeness in Carlsbad with special friends and beings. It was absolute pure magic and an evening of co-creation for our abundant and aligned futures.

Sophia's music taps into my soul on such a profound level and it feels like we are co-channeling a vibration as she sings and I dance and feel her voice in my whole being. What a wonderful.experience that I can't wait to embody again.

Such a gift. So blessed, so thankful. 💗

The Fairy Flash Mob (San Diego)

I created this group because I believe joy, play, and imagination are not extras—they are medicine. In a world that often feels rushed, heavy, or disconnected, small moments of wonder can soften hearts and bring us back into our bodies.

This group is an invitation to embody that magic together. Dressing as fairies and dancing in public spaces isn’t about performing or drawing attention—it’s about presence, expression, and shared joy. When we move with intention and respect, we create light that ripples outward in ways we may never fully see.

I wanted to create a space that is safe, consent-based, inclusive, and rooted in kindness. A space where creativity is welcomed, boundaries are honored, and people can show up as their playful, magical selves without pressure or expectation.

If you’re here, something in you already understands this language. This group exists to help us remember, connect, and gently bring a little more sparkle into the world—together 🧚‍♀️✨

Joy is a form of rebellion.
And yesterday, we didn’t just feel it, we spent the day with her. ✨🧚🏽‍♀️💖

We stopped to smell the roses.
Listened to the trees.
Let our hearts be softened by beauty, play, and presence.

The best part?
Our Faery Godmother, JOY, was with us.
Yes, real JOY. In all her radiant, human form.
Because sometimes Creator sends reminders
with wings… and wildflowers… and friends who carry light.

In a world that tries to keep us distracted, divided, and afraid
choosing joy is a quiet kind of courage.

Slowing down isn’t lazy. It’s life giving.
And community, the kind that sees you, laughs with you, holds space for you
that’s the medicine we’re all craving.

So if you’re feeling weary, remember:
You can still choose to come back.
Back to beauty. Back to breath. Back to the ones who remind you who you are.

Family first. Joy often. Love always.

🌸 Go outside.
🌳 Let nature speak.
🧚🏽 Tell someone you love them.
And don’t forget to find your Joy.
