Happy 2nd Gotcha Day to my little girl❣️ I can’t believe I singlehandedly birthed literal perfection🙂‍↔️ big thank you to her uncles, aunties, and they/them secondary parental unit for making this year another smashing success. It really does take a village to raise a child😮‍💨

Our year end foster round up! I cannot express enough how much I love fostering, even though it’s chaotic at times. Enjoy a trip down memory lane of Melinda and I’s foster friends of 2023 🐾🥲

🔹Pheobe: I still find her fur in my apartment
🔹Krispy: They say we’re not supposed to have a favorite, but if I could choose…it would be Krispy. I may need a chi/pug/beagle mix in my future
🔹Stacey: KNA as Clefa who was a master escape artist but landed the coolest mom out there
🔹Blue: The most serious medical case I’ve taken but the absolute most rewarding adoption with the best parents. He now had a new sibling to keep him spry!
🔹Tinker: Our shy boy who learned from Melinda that world isn’t so scary, and blossomed into an NYC savvy doggo
🔹Maya: the chonkiest puggle who is currently living the dream in puggle land in update NY. She has many acres of land that she grazes with her two identical puggle siblings
🔹And finally… the most chaotic bean to ever grace my household: ENSENADA! She is an absolute nutcase but tried her very best to not be, which is really all we can ask 😉

Looking forward to what next year brings us💗
