Still thinking about our wonderful evening with Alexander Valley Vineyards 🍷✨

From the first pour to the final course, it was a night to remember.

If you’ve joined us for one of our dinners, you know just how special these evenings can be. And if you haven’t, there’s no better time to discover them.

Our next dinner is going to be a little different. A little unexpected. And very, very special.

Let’s just say… wine won’t be taking center stage this time 💃

Stay close. Something exciting is coming.

Taste Then Tell is back for episode 3 with Crissy and Loren 🍸This round, they’re putting one of our specialty cocktails to the test— the Smoke Show. Come for the review, stay for the stories, because you’ll want to watch all the way to the end for Loren’s wild tale about getting across the border during COVID 🥵

And since you’ve made it this far… don’t tell anyone, but new specialty cocktails are coming to Chapel Bar very soon.

Some dinners are about the menu. This one is about the minds behind it.

When Chef Stefon Rishel and Chef Christian Lehrmann get together, the conversation starts with ingredients… but it quickly becomes something bigger.

Ideas are challenged. Flavors are pushed. Every course is refined until it tells a story.

On Wednesday, July 22, experience a five-course collaboration dinner paired with Green River Bourbon. An evening of craftsmanship, history and unforgettable flavor.

Early Bird pricing ends July 15. Reserve now before ticket prices increase.

A NEW MENU, thoughtfully crafted.

A Wagyu cheeseburger with rich bacon jam, sharp cheddar, and a soft brioche bun,
paired with “Painted Prairie” — a signature cocktail by our bartender Reagan, crafted with butterfly pea gin, elderflower liqueur, a splash of lime, and a hint of thyme 🍸🍔

Irresistibly delicious in every bite.
