Collaborate & Celebrate. 🤝 A huge thank you to everyone who made Founder’s Day 2026 a success! 🕯️ From a productive morning at Bentley Hall for our Actives & Alumni Leadership Summit to a great afternoon at Stephen’s On Court, the energy this weekend was unmatched. It’s one thing to talk about our values, but seeing our alumni lend their expertise to help us plan the future of the chapter is what "So Live" is all about. Proud to celebrate our recent recruitment wins and national recognitions with the brothers who paved the way. Be sure to check out our new website at www.ohioacacia.org #solive #ohioacacia #foundersday

𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 to our very own @ohioacacia advisor, Scott Cleland, for this prestigious @nicfraternity award! We always love to have great and dedicated advisors!#OHIOGreeks ・・・ Congratulations to Brother J. Scott Cleland, Ohio ’88, for being recognized by the @nicfraternity with the Advisor Award of Distinction! Brother Cleland embodies the spirit of a fraternal advisor through decades of dedicated service to Acacia Fraternity, Ohio University and the broader interfraternal community. A refounding father and early chapter president, Scott has served as an advisor for over 30 years. Most recently, he led a successful chapter rebuilding effort, revitalizing membership, finances, alumni engagement and chapter culture. His commitment to interfraternalism is reflected in 15 years of leadership on Acacia’s International Council and his part in founding of the Acacia Leadership Academy in 1995. In August 2024, he was re-elected as International First Vice President. Scott’s lasting impact through mentorship, leadership and advocacy makes him a model advisor and champion of fraternal values. Please join us in congratulating Brother Cleland in the comments below!

Last week, several of our brothers attended the 63rd Biennial Conclave of Acacia Fraternity in Phoenix, AZ. They had the opportunity to connect with other chapters, learn new ways to benefit our chapter, and enhance the overall impact of our fraternity. A huge shoutout to our amazing advisor, Scott Cleland, for being elected 1st International Vice President of Acacia and for winning the Chapter Advisor of the Biennium award! Many thanks to our alumni brothers, Aaron Kellenberger and J. Scott Cleland, as well as our Venerable Dean and Senior Dean, Jake Geisler and Josh Melms, for representing our chapter so well. #SoLive

Last weekend the Ohio Chapter of the Acacia Fraternity hosted our annual founder’s day celebrating 75 since our original founding and 35 years since our refounding at Ohio University! We were able to bring in over 100 Acacians from all over the country to commemorate this milestone as a chapter. Thank you to all the alumni that made that trip down and made this weekend happen, So Live!
