Introducing @thehollywoodroosevelt Hotel 🤍

I used to come to this iconic place when I first moved to LA, so working here now truly feels surreal. One of those pinch-me full-circle moments.

Sharing a few shots from my very first shoot at the legendary Tropicana Pool, home to the famous @david_hockney mural and a poolside hangout where Marilyn Monroe was known to lounge during her early Hollywood years.

So grateful to create content for such a timeless, storied, and endlessly inspiring place. More to come 💫

Before you make any diet decisions for the new year, start here.
These are the fundamental nutrition shifts women need after 40, and they are science-backed, not trends.

+ less restriction. more nourishment.
+ better metabolism, stronger muscle and bone mass, and a calmer nervous system.

This is how results last 💫

Seeing women lose weight overnight? No secret, GLP-1 changed the game.

But here’s the truth: once you stop the meds, your appetite comes back like it always does, and so can the weight if nothing else changes.

That’s why I beg my clients on GLP-1 to come train at least 3x/week. Not to burn calories, but to save their muscle, keep their metabolism alive, and feel steady while their hunger hormones are all over the place.

We also adjust nutrition, support mood swings, and help build habits that actually stick.

Honestly I wish this medication existed 15 years ago when I had to lose 55 lbs after my pregnancies. But even with GLP-1, one thing never changes:

your metabolism = your muscles.
your results = your habits.

If you’re on GLP-1, make sure you are supported.
Cleo Studio is here for you. 💛

As a certified @nasmfitness trainer and trained Stott @merrithew Reformer Pilates instructor, I can say it clearly: Pilates and strength training are not the same.

I’ve practiced Pilates for 14 years. I love the reformer, the flow, the comfort of lying or sitting down and the style 😊 It strengthens your deep stabilizer muscles, the ones you don’t see but that support your posture and core.

But if you want to change your body composition, build visible muscle, and feel stronger, you need to work your big mover muscles!! glutes, quads, shoulders, back, with progressive overload and heavy weights 💪

Pilates is amazing but it’s the bonus treat, not the base.

Can’t wait to offer both at Cleo Studio 🖤

RESET doesn’t have to wait until Monday ✨

At Cleo Studio, we love to reset on Sundays. It sets the tone for the week, keeps energy high, and makes healthier choices easier.

Meal prep is the secret to flow. Here are few tips:

+ Grill your proteins for the next 3 days (chicken breast, beef, or fish/ salmon, etc)
+ Wash & pre-cut veggies so they’re ready to cook or snack on.
+ Boil eggs for quick, protein-packed breakfasts.
+ Pack a few lunches you can grab and go during the week.
+ Wash fresh fruit so it’s ready to snack on when sugar cravings hit.

Do you usually meal prep on Sunday, or do you reset another day?

DM us for more tips about our RESET Method 🙌

Don’t train on an empty stomach! At CLEO STUDIO we want you fueled & strong 💪

+ Carbs = quick energy for cardio & lifts
+ Protein = muscle support & recovery
+ Balanced snacks = better focus & endurance

Training fasted can leave you drained, lower your performance, and even increase muscle breakdown.

We want you strong, energized, and getting the most out of every MOVE session, so your body feels good AND performs at its best 🔥

RESET | MOVE

Our method looks at the whole you. From your daily habits and the way you eat, to how you move, hydrate, manage stress, and recover. By aligning nutrition with fitness, we create balance so you can feel strong, energized, and at your best every single day.

And yes, that ginger & celery juice in the photo isn’t just pretty. It’s powerful:

+ Celery hydrates, supports digestion & balances electrolytes
+ Ginger boosts immunity, reduces inflammation & aids metabolism
+ Apple adds fiber for digestion & satiety
+ Lemon provides vitamin C for skin & immune health
+ Spinach delivers iron for energy & oxygen transport

The perfect way to start your RESET ✨

RECOVERY✨
When you rest, your muscles grow, your metabolism resets, and your energy restores.

Why rest days are important:

+ Without proper recovery, your nervous system stays overwhelmed and your results plateau.
+ After lifting weights, your body keeps burning calories for up to 72 hours, even while you sleep.
+ Fuel your recovery: eat your protein, drink your water, and move gently between sessions.
+ For women 35+, recovery isn’t optional, it’s essential!

✨ At Cleo Studio, we train and rest smart.
