💌 A Love Letter to Us from the Lovely Couple:

We were experiencing a lot of pushback from another venue that we had already paid in full before finding Crystal Ballroom BeachPlace. Our wedding planner had previously mentioned Crystal Ballroom, but we weren't sure if we wanted to change directions since we already had a wedding date, invitations had been mailed and vendors were already booked.

When our previous venue became increasingly unaccommodating, I decided to call Crystal Ballroom. That phone call changed everything.

Gladys, from the moment you answered the phone, your calm, reassuring voice instantly put me at ease. I was feeling overwhelmed and uncertain, but you gave me hope that everything would work out. To this day, I truly believe that if it weren't for you, our wedding would not have been as beautiful and unforgettable as it was. Thank you for being the reason we took the leap.

From that very first conversation, every single person assigned to help us went above and beyond. Our guests have done nothing but rave about the exceptional service they received from the moment they walked through the doors until the time they left. Every member of your team made them feel welcomed and cared for.

The entire day was absolutely PERFECT, and we will forever cherish the memories you helped create. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for turning what began as a stressful situation into the wedding of our dreams.
