STORY: I was laying by the pool in my building, where I lived in Studio city. I went up to the apartment to get something to drink and saw a message on my answering machine.. I checked it and there was somebody calling about wanting me to choreograph Dwight Yoakam on the country music awards because Walter Miller, the Producer/ director of the CMA‘s saw the video for Dwights label (I choreographed) and wanted me to do something similar for the live performance for the CMA‘s. I had never done this level of choreography before and tackled it head on. I walked away from my meeting with Walter Miller at his house up on Mulholland Drive came up with a concept went back to his house to present my idea and he loved it.. The oversized screen behind him, live dancers on the stage with unison and call and answer concepts., between the screen and live dancers. I hired local talent in an open call, made my shot list for all the talented camera operators that work these shows all the time. Real pro’s. (Now my friends) Shot the screen footage, edited it and then showed it to DY at midnight the night before rehearsal. Weather kept him away from making final decisions on talent and wardrobe so I was flying solo until…He loved it, WHEW!!. I ended up choreographing about 5 videos for my uber talent friend @dwightyoakam @clifflipson thank you for the pics always!! 📸🙏🫶😎 #flashbackfriday❤️ #fbf #crazylilthingcalledlove #producer #writer

BELIEVE. I guess I always have. I am a glass half full girl. I am a trusting woman with the universe. I see the evidence of my life. My 3 boys. My interactions with all those in my path on this glorious journey. My acting coach, @bernard.hiller shared with me, that to be truly free as an artist you must be HAPPY! I guess subconsciously I was thinking that, if you are fucked up, you make a better Actor. The moody, angst thing. Well, I have learned the truth. HAPPY it is. 🎬😘🫶
